Objective: In this article,we have valued the effect of Hem-o-lok on postoperative drainage volume of right lung cancer so that we can find whether Hem-o-lok can reduce the postoperative drainage volume and the time for placing the thoracic catheter. Then,we can determine whether Hem-o-lok could be used in surgery to reduce the thoracic drainage volume and the time to retain the thoracic drainage tube. Methods: We retrospectively studied 153 patients who underwent right lung cancer surgery and mediastinal lymph node dissection between January 2015 and December 2018,and the operator is the same doctor. Then, according to whether Hem-o-loks were used to occlude the 2R,4R and 10 R lymphatic vessel residues during the surgery, those patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Then,we can discuss the effect of Hem-o-lok on preoperative general indicators, including intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative catheterization time, postoperative hospitalization time and operative time. And T test was used for measurement data with normal curve distribution, but if it is non-normal,nonparametric rank sun test would be used. And chi-square test was used for counting data. Results: There are 73 patents who suffered the dissection of 2R,4R and 10 R mediastinal lymph nodes, and 80 patients who suffered the dissection of 2R,4R and 10 R mediastinal lymph nodes by ultrasonic scalpel and Hem-o-loks were clamped to close lymphatic duct stump,in which the average volume of chest drainage in the control group was 216.16 ml,while the chest drainage volume in experimental group was 188.31 ml.In this article,T test was used to analyze the patient's chest drainage volume in 24 h,average drainage volume, time of indwelling thoracic catheter and time of hospital stay after surgery, and the nonparametric rank sum test was used to analyze the difference between the two groups with postoperative chest volume exceeding 500ml/day,400ml/day,300ml/day,200ml/day and less than 200ml/day.Conclusion: For the patients with right lung cancer after surgery, the application of Hem-o-lok in surgery to clamp the lymphatic duct residues can reduce the probability of postoperative thoracic drainage volume greater than 500ml/d,400ml/d and 300ml/d as well as reduce the drainage volume in 24 h,average drainage volume and reduce the time of hospital stay. But it has no significant effect on postoperative blood loss and operation time.
