With the rapid development of modern society and a series of factors,the number of insomnia people is increasing.Insomnia,which mainly manifests as difficulty in falling asleep,sleep maintenance disorder and sleep structure disorder,seriously affects people’s physical and mental health.Studies have shown that it is possible to improve the sleep rhythm and the quality of sleep by guiding the visual and auditory insomnia patients and constructing a comfortable sleeping environment.Therefore,the paper designed a sleep quality assessment and sleep environment control system for patients with insomnia.With the existing hardware platform and the previous clinical trials,this paper designs and implements a software platform to control sleep environment based on physiological signs.Moreover,the software platform can achieve automatic control of sleep environment based on physiological signs by adjusting the environmental parameters.And combined with the cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia(CBT-I),the software platform assists to change patients’ bad habits or sleep cognition.Therefore,with conducting sleep quality assessment and developing a sleep quality improvement plan to improve sleep quality of patients with insomnia,doctors can help treat patients with insomnia.In the context of mobile medical service,the paper,through the Android platform,designs the patient and doctor application software,deploys the cloud server,and establishes a remote interaction system for doctors and patients.The paper mainly divides into the four modules: 1)The patient mobile software includes the subjective and objective assessment of sleep quality and the sleep environment control.The subjective assessment methods include patient scale test,recording sleep diary.The objective assessment method is to calculate the indexes of sleep quality by the patient’s parameters of body motion and heart rate.Based on the real-time change trend of the human physiological index,the environmental control part can change the sleep environment according to the change of the physiological signs,which realizes the closed-loop control of the environmental.2)The doctor mobile software includes viewing the basic information of the patient’s sleep,evaluating the patient’s sleep report last week,and formulating a sleep improvement plan for the next week.3)The doctor’s remote management for patients is through Alibaba cloud server to develop the system software background,which links the patient-side and the doctor-side application software.4)Further optimize and perfect the system by performing functional tests,non-functional tests on the system software and hospital trial tests.After the system development of sleep quality assessment and sleep environment control for insomniacs is completed,the clinical trials were carried out to explore the effects of sleep environment control system on insomnia patients.After analyzing the clinical trial data of 10 subjects,the results the experiments showed that the sleep environment control system in the paper can effectively improve the sleep quality of patient with insomniacs.
