Sleep is an indispensable physiological activity for us.It takes about one-third of every day.Good sleep is closely related to our work efficiency and physical health.However,in recent years,with the rapid development of society,due to the influence of life and work pressures,many people are suffering from different levels of sleep problem and pains caused by sleep problem.Studies have found that improving the sleep environment at night can help to alleviate sleep problems.For the above reasons,this paper designs a sleep environment adjustment system based on human physiological signs.The platform can simultaneously collect light,temperature,sound environmental parameters and heart rate,physiological parameters of limb activity during sleep.The system can be divided into three parts,the acquisition end,the control end and the adjustment end.The collection end mainly collect physiological data and environmental data.Among them,the physiological data collection mainly uses the reflective photoelectric heart rate sensor and ADXL362 acceleration sensor to separately collect the heart rate and body motion signals of the human body,and then transmitting the monitoring result to the mobile phone through Bluetooth.The environmental data is collected by the sensor SHT20,BH1750 FVI and electret microphone to respectively collect the temperature,humidity,light intensity and noise data of the bedroom.After processing by the single chip computer,the result is sent to mobile phone through Bluetooth.MSP430 chip is the core of the control terminal,which mainly completes the processing of environmental data and the control of the adjustment terminal.The adjustment end includes light source adjustment and temperature adjustment.The light source adjustment is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer to control the output current of the ELG-75-C350 constant current source driver to realize the adjustment of the source frequency and the color temperature.The temperature adjustment mainly controls the air conditioner through the infrared emission module,then changing the ambient temperature.To verify the main performance of the system platform module,the system module performance test was carried out.The test results show that the main performances of the system platform meet the requirements of index.In addition,a preliminary verification experiment was conducted on the platform to adjust sleep parameters to sleep.The experimental results show that the hardware platform designed in this paper can adjust the sleep environment based on physiological signs and can interfere with the sleep process to a certain extent.
