Abstract/Summary:
People’s living standards are getting better and better,and the corresponding dietary habits and dietary structure have also undergone great changes.Unscientific dietary habits have directly led to a significant increase in the incidence of chronic diseases in China.According to the results of the National Health Service Survey,the incidence of chronic diseases in China has tripled in the past decade and is expected to increase in the future.Chronic diseases are not only harmful to human health,but also harmful to society and economy.Therefore,the nutrition and health of diet is a concern and concern of the people and the government in China’s economic development.In the traditional nutritional meal preparation process,the dietitian obtains the calorie value consumed by the normal daily life activities of the dietitian according to the physical examination and daily living conditions of the dietitian.Based on this,the dietitian carries on the nutritional meal preparation to the dietitian,but the dietitian calculates the nutritional meal preparation plan of the dietitian according to the numerous and complicated dietary nutritional data every day,and the workload is enormous.It can’t guarantee that the medical examinees get the nutrition plan quickly.Therefore,based on the traditional nutrition model and the multi-objective programming model,this paper designs a new nutrition model.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,the calculation methods of daily average intake of people of all ages are introduced,and the shortcomings of existing food exchange algorithm in nutritional meals are analyzed with examples.(2)Combining the characteristics of energy and various nutrients,a multi-objective programming model for meal preparation is designed.(3)The fitness function,selection operator,crossover operator and mutation operator of genetic algorithm are improved based on the multi-objective programming nutrition meal model.The optimal solution of the improved genetic algorithm for the multi-objective programming meal model is obtained by using MATLAB software simulation.(4)Conduct social investigation,investigate and analyze the demand of nutritional meal preparation,and design the structure of intelligent nutritional meal preparation system,and design the corresponding intelligent meal selection model.
