Objective:To investigate the status of Helicobacter Pylori infection in patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma and its correlation. Methods:The clinical data of 87 patients who were first pathologically diagnosed with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma in Gansu Provincial Hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were collected, and 100 healthy subjects’ clinical data were also collected.Urea-C14 breath test was conducted to detect Helicobacter Pylori infection in patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma and healthy subjects,by analyzing the correlation between Hp infection rate and HBsAg,pathological type, differentiation degree, and Child-Pugh classification of Hepatic function,etc...further through the correlation analysis between 14 C breath test value and AFP,HBVDNA quantification to explore the relationship between Hp infection and Primary Hepatic Carcinoma. Results:The infection rate of Helicobacter Pylori in Primary Hepatic Carcinoma patients(62.10%)is clearly higher than the control group(41.00%),(P<0.05);There is no statistically significant of difference between age and gender characteristics and Helicobacter Pylori infection(P>0.05).The infection rate of Hp in the Primary Hepatic Carcinoma patients is clearly higher in HBsAgpositive(71.15%)patients than in negative patients(48.57%),and the Hp infection rate in the Child-Pugh classification of Hepatic function increased from grade A,grade B,and grade C.The infection rate of Hp in degree of cancer cell differentiation increased from high differentiation, moderate differentiation and low differentiation, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the difference is not statistically significant in pathological tissue typing.(P>0.05).Hp detection value(DPM value)is positively correlated with HBV-DNA quantification(r=0.508,P=0.008)and AFP(r=0.563,P=0.001).and the difference is statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of Helicobacter Pylori in patients with Primary Hepatic Carcinoma is significantly increased,Hp detection value(DPM value)and HBV-DNA quantification and AFP are closely related.and Helicobacter Pylori may act as a bridge or synergy in the occurrence and development of Primary Hepatic Carcinoma.
