| [Purpose] Based on the theory of healthy self-efficacy,perceived social support(including perceptual information support, and perceived emotional support),this study is used to study the influencing factors of online health community users’ health information adoption behavior intentions, and to include homogeneity as a regulatory variable.Whether homogeneity has a regulatory effect on the relationship between social support and user health information adoption behavior intentions, and establishes a comprehensive model of online health community user use and information adoption behavior, empirical research on models, suggestions and countermeasures, and promotes online healthy communities.User health information provides a theoretical basis for adopting behavioral intentions.[Methods] The research methods used in this study include using the literature research method to sort out the relevant literature and determine the research content, using the questionnaire survey method to determine the sample data, and finally using SPSS to analyze the data collected, basic demographic analysis, and Variance analysis of variable scores, etc. Finally,AMOS was used to analyze the fit of the hypothesis model, and multiple linear regression methods were used for path analysis.[Results] Assume that the hypothesis model has been tested and the hypothesis that the effect of healthy self-efficacy on the intention of adopting health information behavior is not established. The hypothesis that homogeneity as a regulatory variable affects the perception information support for adopting health information behavior is also not valid.Perceptual information support, perceived emotional support, perceived risk, and homogenous regulation(perceived emotional support)have an effect value of 0.181,0.154,0.484,and 0.105 for the adoption of health information behavioral intentions.Among them, the scores of medical staff(occupational attributes)on perceived information support, perceived risk, and healthy self-efficacy are prominent;the degree of education has a significant impact on the scores of all variables;in the analysis of differences in the attributes of different populations, age, occupation, and Both education and household annual income have an impact on the perception information score, and the scores vary greatly between each group for each attribute.[Conclusions] Perceptual information support, perceived emotional support, and perceived risk can all influence the adoption of health information behavioral intentions, and homogenous performance regulation perception information supports the influence of adopting health information behavior intentions.Among them, the perceived risk has the greatest effect(0.484),and the homogeneity has the least effect(0.105).According to the conclusions, the corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward: improve the occupancy rate of medical staff, increase the proportion of doctors;change the propaganda style, expand the audience;control the quality risk of information from the source, enhance the authority of the brand;establish a "family relationship",Improve family health records;increase "homogeneity" and refine the division of plates. |
