| Objective:Martial Arts Routine originated from China,is a traditional sports item of the Chinese nation, and is one of the outstanding representatives of sports culture that have been inherited from ancient times till now in China. However,in the competition or training, some extremely difficult movements in martial arts routines and other reasons often cause injuries to athletes.Since 2008,the FMS(functional movement screen,FMS)has attracted extensive attention of sports scholars.the FMS test of Martial Arts Routine’s athletes and the risk assessment of sports injury still need to be done. Therefore, this study took the Martial Arts Routine’s athletes of hangzhou normal university as the research object. The comprehensive score of FMS(seven movements)combined with receiver operating characteristic(ROC)was used as the risk assessment for judging sports injury in order to provide some theoretical basis for Martial Arts Routine sports injury risk prediction. Methods:The FMS kit was used to test seven movements(squats, hurdles and straight lines)for 29 Wushu routine athletes Split squats, shoulder flexibility, active straight leg uplift, trunk stability push-ups,body rotation stability)and three exclusion experiments(shoulder impact test, spine stretch test, spine flexion test),and then FMS score,ROC curve and Jordan index are calculated.Results:(1)The 29 Martial Arts Routine athletes scored the highest 20 points and the lowest 11 points, with an average total score of 16.17±2.285(FMS full score of 21 points and average training period of 8.62 years).Among them, straight leg squats and active straight leg lifts scored the highest, with 2.55 0.506 and 2.97 0.186respectively;Trunk stability push-ups and body rotation stability scored the lowest,1.69 1.39 and 2.069 0.529 respectively.(2)The average test score of male athletes was15.40 2.444,and the average score of female mobilization test was 17.00 1.840.The trunk stable push-up of male athletes was significantly lower than that of female athletes(p<0.05).(3)The area under ROC curve(AUC)of Martial Arts Routine athletes as a whole, men and women and the assumption of AUC=0.5 have significant differences, which are 0.786(p=0.009<0.01),0.864(p=0.037<0.05)and 0.955(p=0.020< 0.05),respectively.The maximum approximate index of the whole, male and female are 0.504,0.636 and 0.727 respectively, and the best cut-off points corresponding to FMS total score are 15.5,15.5 and 16.5 respectively.Conclusion:(1)The overall FMS performance of Martial Arts Routine athletes tends to be good;Among them, female athletes have higher overall functional and movement level than male athletes, and their body symmetry, balance and flexibility can provide certain prediction for the sports injury risk of Wushu routine athletes.(2)Female athletes’ trunk stable push-ups are obviously better than male athletes. The possible reason is that male athletes’ trunk stable push-ups have pain in the exclusion test.(3)The best cut-off points for FMS scores of athletes as a whole, male athletes and female athletes are 15.5,15.5 and 16.5 respectively, suggesting that the total score of martial arts routine FMS may have injury risks under these score lines, which can provide theoretical basis for risk assessment of sports injury. |
