| In the hospital’s core business,intravenous infusion is a widely used medical method in clinical medicine.In practice,there are strict requirements on the flow or velocity of the drug,which requires precise control of the flow and velocity of the drug.At present,it wastes human resources to monitor the infusion status of patients manually.At the same time,there are some problems,such as improper replacement of liquid,imprecise infusion speed and failure of infusion detection.To solve these problems,a clinical medical nursing monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology was designed and implemented.Under the premise of ensuring the safety of infusion,the efficiency of nursing work was improved,and more timely,safer and thoughtful quality nursing services were provided for patients.Taking the construction of single ward as an example,this paper introduces in detail the clinical medical and nursing monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology.The whole system mainly includes infusion information collection terminal,ward call system,data transmission network,PDA hospital mobile system and upper computer information management system.In order to improve the accuracy and stability of droplet velocity monitoring,several infusion detection methods were compared,and a non-contact infrared sensor was finally determined.The system uses direct infrared photoelectric pair tube,which is installed at both ends of the dropping pot to complete the dropping speed detection and display the dropping speed value in real time using OLED display screen.The amplification and shaping circuit of drip rate pulse signal and the hardware andsoftware circuit connected with the display screen are also introduced in detail in this paper.In the course of infusion,if special circumstances occur,the medical staff can also be contacted by pressing the call button of the ward.The signal transmission of infusion collection terminal is completed by ZigBee wireless network.This paper introduces the characteristics and internal resources of the mainstream ZigBee chip CC2530.According to the actual needs of the project,a more mature ZigBee wireless transmission module is selected to build a wireless network.In order to ensure the reliable transmission of the ward call signal to the upper computer system,STM32 MCU and TJA1050 are selected to complete the communication function of CAN bus.At the same time,PDA hospital mobile system is used to extend the collection antenna of information system to the bedside to realize the dynamic collection of patient information.Upper computer information management system communicates with ZigBee network node through RS485 serial port,completes the information transmission of each node,and realizes the whole process monitoring of infusion status.In this paper,the architecture design and development tools of the upper computer information management system are given.This research starts with the monitoring of infusion in clinical medical nursing work,and through the construction of intelligent nursing management system based on Internet of Things,provides clinical nurses with application modules such as "infusion monitoring","disease call interconnection","PDA interconnection",so as to realize the whole process of closed-loop path management of basic nursing work in ward. |
