The Design And Implementation Of Hospital Visual Care System

Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences applies a variety of nursing documents,and the tasks of management and organization of nursing documents are arduous,and the utilization rate of paper information is not high.The lack of timely and convenient means for medical staff to report the nursing work is not conducive to the improvement of hospital care management quality.There are medical disputes caused by output errors that often appear in daily work.Therefore,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences decides to develop the hospital visual care system to solve the above problems.The development and application of the hospital visual care system on the Web side apply MVC design pattern,Mybatis framework,Oracle database and other technologies.MVC design pattern stipulates the responsibilities of the components such as views and models and defines the hierarchical structure of the specification.Mybatis framework includes data management,Mapper,and other interfaces,which can optimize the database access form and data processing process.Spring MVC framework integrates MVC,ORM and other modules,and fulfills the request processing task and embodying the instantiation processing concept.The management task of hospital nursing data is completed by Oracle database.The development of the APP side of the system uses Android platform technology.Android platform provides various components such as SQLite and OpenGL,which reflects the flexible and the easy-to-use feature of the Android platform.The functional modules realized by the hospital visual nursing system include comparison management,record management,query management,basic setting,nursing document management,and basic nursing management,which are respectively reflected through the web end and the APP end.The comparison management module realizes functions such as liquid distribution management,specimen management and medical order management.The record management module realizes functions such as nursing document management and nursing measure management.The query management module realizes functions such as diagnosis and treatment expenses management,inspection management and special patient management.The basic setting module realizes functions such as information push and application setting.The nursing document management module realizes functions such as nurse shift report management,nursing mission list management,and nursing record management.The basic nursing management module realizes functions such as head nurse work management,nursing quality management,and adverse event management.The application of the system provides an information means for optimizing the hospital nursing system of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences,and improves the purpose and pertinence of nursing management by reducing the cost overhead in the nursing process.The efficiency of nursing work is improved by optimizing the work-flow of nursing.On the other hand,the system promotes the benign interactive communication between doctors and patients,and promotes the harmonious development of doctor-patient management while improving the hospitalization satisfaction of patients.
