In the social environment of advocating economy,virtual simulation technology which can virtually display the real environment has become a research focus of science and technology because it can save resources.The technology takes hardware as the bottom layer which is driven by the application to form a solution,penetrating into various industries and boosting industrial development.In education field,the Ministry of Education advocates the construction of demonstrating virtual simulation experimental projects in general undergraduate universities in order to strengthen the construction and application of high quality experimental teaching resources in higher education.Nowadays,universities around the world gradually build virtual simulation projects to meet their professional needs.This paper studies the virtual simulation of medical imaging.As is known to all,most of the medical imaging equipment's is expensive and hospital configured,such as CT,MRI and other million-yuan equipment up to millions yuan,which is an unbearable investment for universities,resulting several shortages of medical imaging teaching resources.Specialty development encounters bottlenecks.Virtual simulation technology brings an opportunity to solve this problem.If expensive medical imaging equipment is simulated for teaching,the most virtual functions are close to real equipment except for those with high technology content,which can not only solve the problem of the lacking of teaching resources,but also develop a new teaching mode according to the need of medical imaging teaching.Based on the actual teaching situation of medical imaging in Qilu Medical College,this paper integrates medical imaging teaching,virtual simulation technology,intelligent algorithm to design and develop a medical imaging virtual simulation system through computer software,hardware for simulating medical imaging teaching and experimental environment.Medical imaging analysis algorithm can display medical imaging professional knowledge and practical skills,such as equipment,imaging principle,examination,diagnosis and prognosis,greatly improve the flexibility and interesting of medical image teaching,and promote the reform of medical imaging teaching,has significant value of application.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The functional requirements of medical imaging virtual simulation system are analyzed.The system architecture,overall functions and functional modules are described,and the work-flow of the system is clarified.(2)Mathematical knowledge is applied to complete the design of medical imaging analysis algorithm,and this algorithm is used to solve the simulation problems in the medical virtual teaching environment.(3)Three-dimensional models and animations are made by design software,the system is integrated by virtual simulation engine,and also programming language is used to develop functions,while database management system is used to manage data.(4)The overall design of the medical image virtual simulation system is carried out,the software,hardware,algorithm architecture of the system are studied,and the detailed design is carried out to complete the system development.An example of medical image virtual simulation system is given to verify the operation condition of the system and the feasibility and validity of medical image analysis algorithm.Finally,the research work of the paper is summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of the project are analyzed,the specific improvement plan is put forward,and the future research is prospected.
