Long Noncoding RNA Expression Profiling From Patients With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:By detecting the plasma lnc-PRYP4-3 level in NAFLD patients to investigate the clinical value of lnc-PRYP4-3 in the diagnosis of biological markers of NAFLD.Methods:Collecting the clinical data of the objects,using RT-qPCR method to detect the expression level of lncPRYP4-3 in total 90 individuals and the patients were divided into three groups on average,CON group,NAFL group and NASH group.Applying SPSS 21.0 statistical software for statistics to analysis the influence of fatty liver related indexes on NAFLD susceptibility and the correlation between expression level of the lncPRYP4-3 and the occurrence of NAFLD.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in age and gender among the CON group,NAFL group and NASH group,and there were statistically significant differences in the levels of BMI(P<0.0001),TC(P<0.0001),SUA(P<0.05)and FPG(P<0.01)in the three groups.Except that the expression level of lncPRYP4-3 was not statistically significant between NAFL group and CON group,there were differences in the expression profile between NASH group and NAFL group(P<0.05),NASH group and CON group(P<0.001),and lncPRYP4-3 had the lowest expression level in NASH group compared with NAFL group and CON group.Conclusion:The levels of BMI,TC,SUA and FPG relate to fatty liver phenotype were correlated with the pathogenesis of NAFL and NASH.lncPRYP4-3 was significantly decreased in the plasma expression of NASH patients,suggesting that it was involved in the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis in NAFLD patients,and may become the potential biological molecular marker for the diagnosis of NAFL and NASH.
