BackgroundDiabetes is a chronic non-communicable disease which is the most serious threat to the physical and mental health of the human body,so far,the prevalence rate, the disability rate and the fatality rate are both high, and the growth trend in recent years is faster. The latest data suggest that Chinaundefineds disease is the first in the world, and it has become the most difficult public health problem in our country.Due to the low attention of the patient,one-sided understanding of the disease, poor treatment compliance,self-management and health-care awareness led to the low awareness rate of diabetes in our country, and the treatment effect is not satisfactory. The health education is an important part of the treatment of diabetes and a treatment method, which is more effective than the pure drug treatment, and greatly influences the transformation and improvement of the life and the behavior mode of the patients,so that the discharged patients are more active and independent in the correct solution of the health problem, but the intervention of the traditional health education ignores the diversity of the intervention at different stages, the intervention is not timely, and the duration of the course of the diabetes cannot be connected,so a plurality of patients cannot adhere to the self-management and the normative control of the disease,The application of more flexible and targeted public health measures is very important.ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to use the whole course health education model to intervene the patients with mild to moderate diabetes mellitus after discharge, and to evaluate the effect of intervention,so as to provide the basis for diabetes control.MethodsA randomized data table was used to study 200 patients with mild and moderate diabetes who were admitted to hospital in a three-order hospital and treated with conventional hypoglycemic drugs. The two groups were treated with routine treatment(same diet arrangement,exercise-assisted therapy, western medicine oral and insulin injection,etc.).The control group was given the traditional health education, the observation group was the whole-course health education, and the "Blood Glucose Record",the "Record of taking medicine",the "diabetes knowledge score scale" and the like were distributed to the patient. In the end,174 patients were included in the analysis, including 88 cases in the observation group and 86 cases in the control group. The corresponding information and the experimental index should be collected before the intervention of 200 patients. After the treatment and follow-up,the body mass index, the blood sugar content rate, the compliance score, the health education knowledge score and the alcohol consumption of the two groups were compared. The index of exercise and reasonable rate of medication. The Excel form is applied to enter the experimental data in a timely manner, and the database is established.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the data, and the measurement data was used().The comparison between the measurement data groups and the measurement data group was shown by t.The percentage of the counting data was expressed as the percentage of the counting data. The comparison between the data groups of the counting data was examined by the Table 2,and the comparison between the two groups before and after the intervention was examined by the Table 2 of the paired data, and the self-contrast before and after the intervention was tested by t.The data of P<0.05 is of statistical significance, and the data of P>0.05 is not of statistical significance.ResultsA total of 200 patients with mild to moderate diabetes mellitus were included in this study,100 in the observation group and 100 in the control group. The data of 174 cases were completed after half a year's follow-up.Compared with the same group before intervention, the regular blood glucose rate(93.0%vs.28.4%)and diabetes treatment rate(95.5%vs.35.2%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(93.5%vs.35.2%).The control rate of diabetes mellitus(86.4%vs.21.6%)and drug compliance rate(97.7%vs.45.4%)were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01).Blood pressure(73.9%vs.60.2%),total cholesterol(54.7%vs.28.4%),low density lipoprotein(58.1%vs.33.0%)and fasting blood glucose(62.8%vs.42.0%)were significantly higher than those before. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of health education knowledge in diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those before(P<0.05).Alcohol consumption(2.3%vs.13.6%),alcohol consumption(4.5%vs.26.1%),healthy diet(86.4%vs.15.9%)and exercise(74.4%vs.33.0%)increased significantly. The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05,P<0.05).There was no significant change in the above items in the control group(P>0.05).The proportion of rational drug use in the two groups increased, but in the observation group(90.9%vs.27.2%),it was more significantly higher than that in the control group(43.0%vs.27.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe whole course health education model can improve the rate of blood glucose reaching the standard, increase the understanding of related knowledge and improve the rational rate of drug use,so as to control the process of diabetes mellitus and prevent and cure complications to a certain extent. This model is worth using and promoting. The prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus is a public health problem that can not be ignored. Most scholars and medical workers have begun to explore the disease after having a deep understanding of the disease. The whole course health education mode is beneficial to improve the matching degree of patients, improve the communication between doctors and patients, reduce the cost and improve the medical satisfaction, which is of great significance. In the process of health education in the future, patients should be treated as follows:1)treat patients affable, eliminate their tension, meet the reasonable requirements of patients as much as possible, carefully explain the knowledge of diabetes, seriously answer the questions raised by patients, make them always maintain an open-minded attitude towards life, and establish confidence in managing diabetes.2)educate patients to eat healthy diet, warn patients to eat low sugar and high protein,Vitamin rich, fat moderate diet,at the same time should maintain a fixed meal, quantitative, regular healthy habits.3)to carry out proper exercise, patients should exercise under the guidance of medical and nursing staff in the early stage, and carry out different forms and intensities of exercise according to the different age, condition and physical condition.4)take medicine reasonably, follow the doctorundefineds orders, and prevent and cure complications.
