Objective:Objective to the clinical curative effect of patients with intracranial aneurysm interventional embolization and craniotomy clipping two surgical clipping of intracranial aneurysm interventional embolization in the study of application value in the treatment of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:Methods from January 2014 to October 2016 in our hospital 100 cases of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with surgical clipping,the observation group was treated by interventional embolization,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups..Results:Results the two groups of operation time and hospitalization time compared to the time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and complications of the two groups were compared,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,especially hemorrhage and cerebral vasospasm incidence rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the observation group after endovascular embolization of aneurysm occlusion was significantly higher than that of control group,and the overall Gos score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conclusion interventional caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with clinical efficacy better rupture embolization for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms,can effectively achieve the aneurysm occlusion surgery,traumatic small,and clipping compared the operation time shorter and postoperative hospital stay was significantly shorter,the smaller the impact of the patients,not only can relieve the pain of patients,can also reduce the psychological pressure,it is easily accepted by patients,lower risk of complications and interventional embolization surgery,can effectively reduce the disease mortality and morbidity,postoperative hemorrhage and cerebral vasospasm incidence can be effectively improved,worthy of further clinical application. |
