Objective:Analysis of clinical characteristics of patients with low viral load HBV-related cirrhosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 481 patients with low viral load(HBV DNA?2000IU/mL(10^4 copy/ml))of HBV-related cirrhosis admitted to the hospital from January 2010 to April 2019 General conditions, virological indicators, liver function-related indicators,complications,and.comorbidities.Results: 481 patients were mainly male(M / F 324/157),aged 20-83 years(53.31±11.67 years),71.5% of Han nationality,386 cases were HBsAg positive,391 cases were HBeAg positive,140 cases were HBV DNA positive,341 cases HBV DNA was negative, the average of albumin,PTA,and platelets were reduced. In the CTP classification, there are 220 people in A level,150 people in B level, and 111 people in C level. The overall complication rate was80.04%,including 283 cases of hypersplenism(58.84%),267 cases of esophageal and gastric varices(55.51%),59 cases of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding(12.27%),and 202 cases of ascites(42%),hepatic encephalopathy in 17 cases(3.53%),liver cancer in 6 cases(1.25%),and 29 cases(6.03%)had portal vein thrombosis.Compared with the overall complications,341 HBV DNA-negative patients and 95 HBsAg-negative patients still had a higher incidence of complications. Conclusion: Patients with low viral load HBV infection,or even those who have disappeared HBsAg,are still at risk of cirrhosis or even severe complications.Whether such groups can benefit from antiviral therapy deserves further study.
