| Objective: to explore the value of ivim-dwi quantitative analysis in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors, and to further clarify the benign and malignant nature of ovarian tumors,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods: select the research object of the number of cases of 33 cases of patients of surgical pathology information collection and MRI examination data, patients before surgery in the treatment of all by MRI scan and use more b values DWI check, can use double chamber dynamics and double exponential model for water molecules diffuse quantitative parameters(such as D value,D * value,f),after completing the above steps using ROC curve to get the related parameters of the numerical analysis, the good of the patients with ovarian cyst judging evil properties of accurate data, and to forecast the diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of data contrast.Results:(1)there was no significant difference between the two groups in the age of ovarian tumor(P>0.05);(2)there was a significant difference between the groups of solid ovarian tumor and benign ovarian tumor(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the values of D *,f between benign ovarian tumor and malignant ovarian tumor(P >0.05);there was no significant difference between the groups of cystic ovarian tumor(P>0.05);(4)Using ROC curve analysis and referring to the maximum value of Youden index, the critical value of benign and malignant ovarian tumors can be determined. When the b value is 1200 s / mm2,it has the best diagnostic efficacy. The AUC of D value is 0.821,the threshold value is 0.91,the sensitivity is 82.4%,the specificity is 81.8%,the positive predictive value is 89.6%,and the negative predictive value is 90.4%.Conclusion:(1)the b value of 1200s/mm2 is the best scanning parameter to distinguish benign and malignant ovarian tumors, and the D value is the most effective quantitative parameter in IVIM-DWI quantitative analysis;(2)IVIM-DWI scanning improves the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of ovarian tumors. |
