| Objective:To evaluate the application of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative management of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopy. Methods:A total of 180 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.A randomized controlled grouping method was used to randomly divide these 180 cases into two groups:93 cases in the observation group, which was the ERAS group;87 cases in the control group, which was the traditional rehabilitation concept group.Exhaust, defecation time, length of hospital stays, hospitalization cost, and postoperative complications.Compare the two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative serum nutritional and metabolic indexes and stress indicators.Measurement data were compared between groups using t test;measurement data were in two groups.Comparisons were made using chi-square tests. Results:Compared with the traditional group, the serum glucose and insulin resistance levels in the two groups were less elevated than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional group, the preoperative cortisol in the two groups was less elevated than the traditional group(P<0.05)Compared with the traditional group, the preoperative serum albumin in the two groups decreased less than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional group, the preoperative serum Blood Urea Nitrogen in the two groups decreased less than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional group, the time of first bowel movement, ventilation, defecation, length of hospital stays, and hospitalization costs in the ERAS group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).the overall incidence of complications was reduced(~p<0.05);The incidence of vomiting and abdominal distension were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);The satisfaction of postoperative follow-up survey in eras group was higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS perioperative treatment plan can reduce the perioperative stress response, promote the recovery of body function after surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the length of hospital stays, improve the medical experience of patients, and improve the quality of medical services. |
