Objective:The effects of winter and summer on(BPV)of blood pressure variability in patients with H-type hypertension were studied by 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.The influencing factors of blood pressure variability and the damage of blood pressure variability to target organs were analyzed.Methods:A retrospective study was used to collect(winter)December 2017,January 2018,February 2018;(summer)A total of 368 patients in the Department of Hypertension in June,July and August 2018 were divided into H type hypertension group and non-H type hypertension group according to Hcy ? 15 mmol ·L.The general data such as patient name,age,nationality,sex,blood pressure grade,complicated disease and so on were collected.Biochemical indexes and24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.General data: 368 patients were included in the study,the average age was 51.5years old,279 males and 89 females,the ratio of male to female was 3.13 ? 1,185 patients in winter,including 86 patients with type H hypertension and 99 patients with non-type H hypertension.There were 183 patients in summer,including 87 patients with type H hypertension and 96 patients with non-type H hypertension.There was no significant difference in age,sex,nationality and grade of hypertension in winter and summer(P > 0.05).Biochemical indexes: compared with winter and summer,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein were higher in winter than in summer.The statistical significance(P < 0.05),uric acid in summer was significantly higher than that in winter(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in TG in winter and summer(P >0.05),and there was no significant difference in TG in winter and summer(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in TG between winter and summer(P > 0.05).Target organ damage: there was no significant difference in urinary microalbumin betweenwinter and summer patients(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in the anterior and posterior diameter of left atrium,the anterior and posterior diameter of left ventricular diastolic end,and the anterior and posterior diameter of left ventricular contraction between the patients with large blood pressure variability and those with low blood pressure variability(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences between the patients with high blood pressure variability and those with low blood pressure variability(P <0.05).Comparison of standard deviation of blood pressure in winter and summer: standard deviation of systolic blood pressure throughout winter,The standard deviation of diastolic blood pressure in daytime was higher than that in summer,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The coefficients of variation of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and daytime diastolic blood pressure in winter were higher than those in summer.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in daytime diastolic blood pressure standard deviation,nocturnal systolic blood pressure standard deviation and diastolic blood pressure standard deviation between winter and summer(P > 0.05).The coefficient of variation of daytime systolic blood pressure and nocturnal systolic blood pressure were not significantly different(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in coefficient of variation between diastolic blood pressure and summer(P > 0.05).5.In winter H type hypertension The coefficients of variation of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,daytime systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and nocturnal diastolic blood pressure were significantly higher than those of non-H type hypertension(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the coefficient of variation of systolic blood pressure between H type hypertension and non H type hypertension in winter(P > 0.05).The coefficients of variation of diastolic blood pressure,daytime systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and nocturnal diastolic blood pressure in summer H hypertension were significantly higher than those in non H hypertension(P < 0.05).Coefficient of variation of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and nocturnal systolic blood pressure(SBP)in summer H-type hypertension The coefficient of variation of systolic blood pressure was not significantly different from that of non-H type hypertension(P > 0.05).6,the coefficient of variation of systolic blood pressure was correlated with season,HCY,sex,coronary heart disease and history of diabetes mellitus.The coefficient of variation of diastolic blood pressure was correlated with season,Hcy,sex,coronary heart disease,diabetes history and total cholesterol level,while daytime systolic blood pressure variation coefficient was correlated with season,HCY,sex and coronary heart disease history.Thecoefficient of variation of daytime diastolic blood pressure was correlated in season,Hcy,sex,coronary heart disease and diabetes history,and the coefficient of variation of nocturnal systolic blood pressure was found in sex and diabetes history.There was a correlation between the coefficient of variation of diastolic blood pressure at night and the history of coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus in Hcy.Conclusion:(1)Total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in winter were higher than those in summer,uric acid in summer was higher than that in winter,(2)the degree of target organ damage was more significant in patients with high blood pressure variability.(3)the variability of blood pressure in winter was larger than that in summer,the variability of H-type blood pressure in winter was greater than that of non-H-type blood pressure,and the variability of H-type blood pressure in summer was greater than that of non-H-type blood pressure.(4)the difference of blood pressure variability was correlated with sex,Hcy,total cholesterol and complicated diseases(coronary heart disease,diabetes mellitus)in winter and summer.
