| Objective: This study is a retrospective study of the cases of Professor Wang Xiuge in the treatment of Graves disease in recent years.Analyze the information,diagnosis,and prescriptions of the cases,and summarize the clinical experience of Professor Wang Xiuge in the TCM treatment of Graves disease.Practice provides data support and theoretical support.Methods: Collecting patients diagnosed with Graves’ disease from the outpatient clinic of Professor Wang Xiuge from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2012 to January 2019,collecting general information,four diagnostic information,diagnostic rules,prescription medication,etc.With the aid of the traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform(V2.5),using frequency statistics,entropy cluster analysis,and association rule analysis methods,the prescriptions are used to determine gender,age,syndromes,symptoms,tongue pulses,rule of law,frequency of medication,and sexual taste in prescriptions.After analysis,the core medications,prescriptions and combinations of new prescriptions were obtained.Results: A total of 150 cases were included in this study.The ratio of male to female was about 1: 4,and the age ranged from 18 to 70 years.There are 340 prescriptions,including 121 flavors of Chinese medicine,with a cumulative frequency of 4089 times.It was found that the top ten prescription usage frequencies were Angelica sinensis,Paeonia lactiflora,Stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,Licorice,Bupleurum,Peony Peel,Peppermint,Gardenia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Scutellaria baicalensis.Reuse qi and blood replenishing drugs,heatreducing medicine re-use heat-cooling and cooling-blood medicine,heat-reducing purging powder.The main flavors are cold,warm,flat,and sweet,bitter,Xin,and the classics are classified as liver,spleen,heart,and kidney classics.Through association rules and cluster analysis,501 commonly used drug combinations and 44973 association rules were obtained,totaling 16 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and 4 new prescriptions were inferred.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Xiuge’s medicines for treating Graves disease are mainly cold,grief,and sedimentation medicines.There are many tonic deficiency medicines and heat-clearing medicines in the medicines.The core prescriptions for clinical treatment are Angelica sinensis,Paeonia lactiflora,Stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,Licorice,Bupleurum,Peony Bark,Mint,Gardenia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus,Polygala,Dendrobium,Prunella.It is believed that the main rules are to relieve liver stagnation,nourish qi and nourish yin,open stagnation and clear heat,promote blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis,dissolve phlegm and dissolve knots,and manage yin and yang.2.Professor Wang Xiuge thought that the onset of Graves disease was related to diet,water and soil,emotional trauma,and physical factors.Among them,it was closely related to emotional discomfort.The disease is mainly related to the liver,involving the heart,spleen and kidney.The core pathogenesis is mainly liver qi stagnation,metaplasia and fiery fever,and injuries to qi and blood.During the dialectical process,according to different stages of development and different clinical manifestations,the disease is divided into early,middle and late stages,liver qi stagnation,liver qi stagnation,fire stagnation,qi and yin deficiency,heart and spleen deficiency,heart and liver deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis.Seven symptoms of Yin and Yang deficiency.In terms of treatment,discern physical constitutions,debate the strength of yang,strong fire and less fire,make good use of medicines,and transform the classics;focus on emotional management and diet therapy.Professor Wang Xiuge attaches importance to the core pathogenesis in the process of diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The specimen is false and true.He combines local dialectics and overall dialectics,and distinguishes between dialectics and dialectics,so that TCM thinking is integrated into every link of Graves disease. |
