| Through objective extraction and quantitative analysis of hospital Evaluation criteria data,and application research of data mining technology,a hospital self-evaluation system based on data mining was designed and implemented.The system can complete the mutual evaluation and self-evaluation of staff at all levels of the hospital,as well as the evaluation of related departments.Meanwhile,the system can store and process the evaluation information of the hospital staff.This system provides decision-making basis for the managers of the hospital through purposeful extraction and data mining of the information recorded during the evaluation process.This article mainly researches in three aspects.First,we studied the C4.5 algorithm in the decision tree classification algorithm and improved it,including adding the balance coefficient to the algorithm’s process,and changing the decision tree table structure to adapt it to the specific situation of hospital evaluation.We improved the disadvantage that the evaluation index that the user pays attention to is farther away from the root node than the non-focused index,which increases the operating efficiency;Secondly,the corresponding evaluation indexes are determined by the hospital evaluation standards formed by the society and the government in recent years,and data analysis methods such as analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method are used to infer the establishment of the hospital self-evaluation system which is to be used for quantitative assessment of evaluation results of medical worker;Finally,with an improved decision tree algorithm as an analysis model,we designed a self-evaluation system based on data mining.This system can complete the self-evaluation of hospital medical workers,and at the same time can obtain the internal evaluation results of the hospital and statistical analysis,which can enhance management’s understanding of the situation of medical workers and trend discovery,and guide the decision makers of the hospital in aspects of future talent development and resource investment plans.With a simple interface and convenient operation,the evaluation system has the functions of information processing and data mining. |
