A Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Tiaopi Hezhong Pellet Combined With Baolean In Treating The Inclusion Type Of Anorexia In Children

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaopi Hezhong pellet combined with Baolean(Carboxylic acid bacterial powder)in the treatment of infantile anorexia with virtual inclusion,and to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:Children with infantile anorexia(inclusion of deficiency and deficiency)as the study object,the source of the case is the children who meet the inclusion criteria in the pediatric outpatient clinic of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,a total of 90 children with qualified cases were included.According to the method of random numbers,it was randomly divided into three groups: the treatment group,the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,each group has 30 cases,the treatment group is given Tiaopi Hezhong pellet combined with Baolean treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine group is given Tiaopi Hezhong pellet treatment,the western medicine group is givenBaolean treatment,observe its curative effect,7 days as a course of treatment,return visit on time,treatment 4 courses.Observe the difference between the three groups before and after treatment,use the TCM syndrome scale to evaluate,and use the statistical software SPSS20.0 to analyze the evaluation results.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in general data among the three groups,including sex,age,course of disease and scores of syndromes before treatment(P >0.05).(2)SPSS statistical comparison of the overall curative effect after treatment showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,that of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 80%,and that of the western medicine group was 40%.among them,the difference between the treatment group and the western medicine group,the traditional medicine group and the western medicine group was statistically significant,and the difference between the treatment group and the traditional medicine group was not statistically significant(p >0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of the traditional medicine group and the treatment group was significantly better than that of the western medicine group.(3)The data showed that the effect of the three treatment methods on anorexia was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the improvement of the score of appetite and stool symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the other two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:The total effective rate of Tiaopi Hezhong pellet is 80%,the curative effect is better than that of Baolean(Carboxylic acid bacterial powder).If the combined effect of two drugs is better,the total effective rate can reach 93.3%,which can shorten the course of treatment,enhance the curative effect and provide a new effective drug and treatment plan for treating anorexia in children.
