Comparison Of Clinical Efficacy Of Electroacupuncture With Different Frequencies In The Recovery Stage Of Stroke

Objective: To study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture with different frequ-ency of Xingnao Tong Du for stroke recovery period.To evaluate the optimal frequen-cy of electroacupuncture for intervention of Xingnao Tong governor in stroke recover-y.To provide clinical trial evidence for the treatment of stroke by electroacupuncture at Xingnao Tongdu.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,I visited the Department of E-ncephalopathy in the Third Hospital of Chinese Medicine,Shanxi University of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine,Patients with stroke recovery who met the diagnostic criteri-a and inclusion criteria were enrolled.Random grouping and culling.On the basis of r-outine basic treatment therapy.The three groups were treated with Xingnao Tongnao Tongdu and electroacupuncture,High frequency group 20/100 Hz density wave,If we use 10/50 Hz dense waves,A 2/10 Hz density wave was used in the low frequency gro-up,Three groups of electroacupuncture,Once a day,30 min,each.One course of treat-ment for 3 weeks,After 1 course of treatment,All three groups were tested for vascul-ar endothelial growth factor(VEGF))before and after treatment、Assessment of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale9(NIHSS)、 The power of everyday life(ADL)、Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA).Results:(1)NIHSS scale:Kruskal-Wallis Inspection,Comparison of NIHSS scores in the first three groups,Results show(P=0.786>0.05),Conclusion There is no significant difference in NIHSS score between three groups of electroacupuncture patients before treatment,Consistent comparability of baseline across three groups,Adoption Wilcoxo-n Inspection.Results:Before and after treatment in low frequency group,medium freq-uency group and high frequency group(P<0.05).After treatment,The results of inter-group rank sum test show that,There were differences between the three groups(P=0.023<0.05).The results show that:High frequency group and low frequency group,The difference between high frequency group and intermediate frequency group was significant(P=0.024<0.05,P=0.013,0.05),No difference between the remaining group(P>0.05).This study shows that: Low frequency group,IF group significantly reduced NIHSS level,The total effective rate of low frequency group was 42.9%,The total effe-ctive rate of IF group is 16.7%,The total effective rate of high frequency group was95.5%,A statistically significant difference was found between the three groups(P<0.05).(2)ADL scale:Kruskal-Wallis Inspection,Comparison of ADL scores in the first three groups,Results showed(P=0.282>0.05),Conclusion There is no significant diffe-rence in ADL score between three groups of electroacupuncture patients before treat-ment,Consistent comparability of baseline across three groups.Wilcoxon inspection,Results:efore and after treatment in low frequency group,medium frequency group and high frequency group(P<0.05),After treatment,The results of rank test between groups showed,There were differences between the three groups(P=0.046<0.05),The results show that:The difference between high frequency group and low frequency gro-up was significant(P=0.045<0.05),No difference between the remaining groups(P>0.05),higher frequency group than lower frequency group can significantly improve th-e ADL level.The total effective rate of low frequency group was 19.0%,The total effe-ctive rate of IF group is 12.5%,The total effective rate of high frequency group was86.4%,Comparison of total efficiency in three groups(P<0.05)The difference was stati-stically significant.(3)MOCA scale:Kruskal-Wallis Inspection,Comparison of MOCA scores in the first three groups,Results showed(P=0.931>0.05),Conclusion There is no significant difference in MOCA score between three groups of electroacupuncture patients before treatment,Consistent comparability of baseline across three groups,Wilcoxon inspect-ion,Results:Before and after treatment in low frequency group,medium frequency gr-oup and high frequency group(P<0.05).After treatment,The results of inter-group ra-nk sum test show that,There were differences between the three groups(P=0.049<0.05),The results show that:High frequency group and low frequency group,The differ-ence between high frequency group and intermediate frequency group was significan-t(P=0.043<0.05,P=0.026<0.05),No difference between the remaining groups(P>0.05).This study shows that:Low frequency group,IF group significantly improved MOCA level,The total effective rate of low frequency group was 42.9%,The total effe-ctive rate of IF group is 10.7%,The total effective rate was 72.7%,Comparison of tota-l efficiency in three groups(P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant.(4)VEGF:The values of VEGF in three groups did not accord with normal dist-ribution,Conversion of lg logarithmic functions,Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)was used as independent variable in each group and the corresponding depe-ndent variables(expressed as LnVEGF)of each group were obtained for comparison.The variance homogeneity test(P=0.12>0.05)was performed on the two groups befo-re treatment.Considering that there was no significant difference in LnVEGF values between the three groups before treatment,Baseline consistency is comparable,Before and after t test,Before and after lower frequency treatment(t=3.135,P=0.005<0.05),C-omparison of IF group before and after treatment(t=0.933,P=0.36>0.05),Compare high frequency group before and after treatment(t=-2.287,P=0.033<0.05),It is conside-red that there is significant difference between low frequency group and high frequen cy group before and after treatment.There was no difference between the two groups before and after treatment,The variance homogeneity test(P=0.048<0.05)was perfor-med on the two groups after treatment.A significant difference was found in the Ln-VEGF values of the three groups after treatment,The results of the pairwise comparis-on show,High Frequency Group and Low Frequency Group、The difference between high frequency group and intermediate frequency group was significant(P=0.016<0.05,P=0.045<0.05),No difference between the remaining groups(P>0.05),This study shows that: Low frequency group,IF group can improve serum VEGF level of patie nts.Conclusion:(1)2/10 Hz、10/50Hz、20/100 Hz frequency of the dense wave electroacupuncture combined with Xingnao Tong governor can improve the clinical symptoms of stroke patients in convalescence.(2)The density-wave electroacupuncture at 2/10 Hz、20/100 Hz frequency can obviously promote VEGF increment,promote vascular endothelial cell increment and collateral circulation,but the density-wave electroacupuncture at 10/50 Hz frequency has no significant effect on VEGF.(3)The 20/100 th Hz frequency is the best choice of electroacupuncture parameter-s for the treatment of stroke patients in convalescence,compared with the 2/10 th Hz、10/50 Hz frequency.
