Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Herpes Zoster By Fire Needle Combined With Stellate Ganglion Block

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of fire needle combined with stellate ganglia block SGB in the treatment of acute herpes zoster.The combination of traditional therapy and modern technology to explore a new scheme of acute herpes zoster treatment,and at the same time,compared with the general conventional western medicine treatment,to provide clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of herpes zoster in the future.Method:60 cases of acute herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Among them,the treatment group was treated with fire needle plus SGB,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.In the treatment group,the position of lesion was observed before treatment,and the corresponding ganglion segments were selected according to the lesion area,then the selected lesion area and the corresponding ganglion segment distribution area were treated by fire needle.After the fire needle treatment,the patient was lying on his back and treated with SGB in the neck.The fire needle method was treated once every other day and SGB once a day for a total of 10 days.The control group was treated with valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets(0.3g/time,2 times / day),mecobalamin capsules(0.5mg,3 times / day),gabapentin capsules(0.3g in one time on the first day,0.6g in two times on the second day,0.9g in three times on the third day,and then gradually increase the dosage according to the condition)for 10 days.After the treatment,the data of the two groups were collected and compared objectively.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and89.66% in the control group(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the patients in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment in VAS score,herpes comprehensive score,blister stopping time,scab forming time,scab removing time,incidence of sequelae neuralgia,total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)and total score of anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group's VAS score,herpes comprehensive score,blister stopping time,scab forming time,scab removing time,sequelae neuralgia rate,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)total score,anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)total score were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conlusion:Compared with western medicine alone,fire needle combined with stellate ganglion block can relieve the acute pain of herpes zoster,improve the comprehensive symptoms,promote the recovery of skin lesions,regulate anxiety,adjust sleep quality,and reduce the sequelae neuralgia,However,the effect of fire acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block on the symptoms of herpes zoster is better than that of Western medicine alone.
