Clinical Study Of Bushen Shugan Combined With Progesterone In Early Threatened Abortion With Anxiety

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of the method of nourishing the kidney and liver and progesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion with anxiety.Methods:Sixty patients with early threatened miscarriage and anxiety who met the criteria from the gynecological clinic and inpatients of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control groups(30 cases)using the randomization method of block group And the treatment group(30 cases),the control group was given progesterone capsules(100mg)twice daily for two weeks;the treatment group added the self-made Bushenshuyu prescription(Dodder 20 g,Sangjisheng 15 g,Chuandan 15 g,Eucommia 15 g,Paeonia lactiflora 10 g,Atractylodes macrocephala 10 g,Poria cocos 10 g,Ramie root 30 g,Scutellaria baicalensis 6g,Rehmannia glutinosa 10 g,Fructus Aurantii 9g,Chinese angelica10 g,Bupleurum 9g,Sour jujube kernel 20 g,Dangshen 10 g,Licorice 6g),decoction,One dose a day,a total of 400 ml,200ml each morning and evening,a total of 2 weeks.Record the TCM syndrome scores,hormone levels(β-HCG,E2,P)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the development of embryos(fetal sac)measured by gynecology B ultrasound,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)Observation indicators such as numerical values and safety indicators such as blood routine,blood coagulation,liver and kidney function.Statistical analysis of the obtained data with statistical software SPSS22.0.Results:Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and HAMA levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and β-HCG,E2,P and other hormone levels were higher than before treatment.Comparison between the two groups,treatment There was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome score,HAMA score,β-HCG,E2,P and other hormone levels between the first two groups(P> 0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and HAMA score of the patients in the TCM group were lower than the control group.Group,β-HCG,E2,P and other hormone levels were higher than the control group,the comprehensive clinical efficacy was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),but the results of B-ultrasound were not different between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion : In the treatment of early threatened abortion with anxiety,the effect of Bushen Shugan method combined with progesterone capsule is significantly better than progesterone treatment alone,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,increase hormone levels in the body,relieve anxiety,and help pregnancy Maintenance,the survival of the embryo.
