Study On The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Functional Exercise On Acute Bone Loss After Hip Fracture

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with functional exercise on alleviating acute bone loss in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods From February 1,2019 to December 31,2019,42 elderly patients with hip fracture who met the inclusion criteria were examined and approved by the ethics committee of our hospital.At the same time,the right of informed consent of patients and their families was obtained,and informed consent was signed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into calcium tablets and active vitamin D In the treatment group(group A,n=12),on the basis of group A,add Huoxue Yishen Decoction Combined with bed functional exercise(group B,n=16),on the basis of group A,add salmon calcitonin injection(Group C,n=14);at the 3rd,6th and 12th weeks after treatment,bone formation markers(total bone type Ⅰprocollagen,prenp,BALP)and bone absorption markers(type Ⅰ collagen carboxy terminal peptide)were carried out β specific sequence(β CTX),tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b(trap 5b))and peripheral diameter of the lower leg were measured and evaluated.Adverse reactions and Harris hip function score were recorded and followed up for 8 months.Results 1.After treatment,BGP,PINP and BALP increased in three groups(P<0.05),and group C>group B>group A(P<0.05).2.After treatment,β-CTX and TRAP-5b decreased in three groups(P<0.05),and group C<B<a(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).4.There were 1 case of nausea and vomiting in group A and B,2 cases of nausea and vomiting and 1 case of dizziness in group C.5.Harris hip function score of group B was higher than that of group C at 6 and 12 weeks after treatment,and that of group C was higher than that of group A.Conclusion 1.The elderly hip fracture patients are easy to induce acute bone loss when they lie in bed for a long time.After operation,the elderly hip fracture patients are given Huoxue Yishen Decoction Combined with bed functional exercise or salmon calcitonin injection,which can reduce bone loss,improve bone metabolism,and be conducive to fracture healing.2.Salmon calcitonin injection has significant effect in the prevention and treatment of acute bone loss,but some cases have nausea,vomiting,dizziness and other adverse reactions.The combination of Huoxue Yishen Decoction and bed functional exercise is relatively safe,and it can promote the recovery of hip joint function and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
