Clinical Study On Acupuncture Combined With Pricking Blood Cupping In The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo(Disturbance Of Wind And Yang)

Objective:By observing the acupuncture combined with blood cupping therapy in the treatment of cervical vertigo(wind Yang interference type)on the clinical curative effect,analysis and comparison of acupuncture combined with cupping thorn blood and routine acupuncture treatment of curative effects,study acupoints with blood cupping therapy for the treatment of cervical vertigo mechanism of cervical vertigo patients for clinical provide quick,easy operation,no side effects were markedly improved treatment,thus effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical vertigo,improving patient’s quality of life.Methods:This research will collect 61 patients with cervical vertigo,31 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the acupumcture combined with blood cupping therapy and control group 30 cases treated with conventional acupuncture,after courses of treatment,compared two groups before and after the treatment of the cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale and the changes of transcranial doppler ultrasound test result,it is concluded that the data and arrange,compared two groups of curative effect the conclusion finally.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 90.32%in the treatment group:5 cases were cured,16 cases were significantly effective,7 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.Control group:recovered 3 cases,obvious effect 8 cases,efective 15 cases,ineffective 4 cases,the total clinical effective rate was 86.66%By SPSS22.0 statistical software test,the intergroup efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cervical vertigo symptoms and functional scores of the two methods were improved after treatment,and the average blood flow velocity of the vertebral basilar artery was also improved compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with pricking blood cupping and conventional acupuncture can both improve the average blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery and relieve clinical symptoms and functions in patients with cervical vertigo,but the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with pricking blood cupping in the treatment of cervical vertigo is more outstanding The treatment of cervical vertigo with acupuncture and blood cupping therapy is not only effective and safe,but also worthy of clinical promotion and application.
