Correlation Between Cough Variant Asthma And Constitution Identification Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Children

Objective: To identify the constitution of children with cough variant asthma,study the constitution characteristics,analyze the relationship between the disease and the constitution,and provide new ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods: Collect 200 children with cough variant asthma who meet the diagnostic criteria,fill in the constitution evaluation scale of traditional Chinese medicine through doctor's inquiry or assistance to parents,and use the children's constitution evaluation system to identify the Constitution with Chinese characteristics,summarize and sort out the results of children's constitution identification,carry out statistical analysis and comparison,and use spss23.0 version to analyze the results to explore children with cough variant asthma and their cough variant asthma The correlation between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: 1.General data of children with cough variant asthma: 97 boys(48.5%),103girls(51.5%),slightly higher than that of men;43 children under 3 years old(21.5%),103 children under 3-7 years old(51.5%),54 children over 7 years old(27.0%),and more children between 3-7 years old(40.0%);120 children with allergic history(60.0%),80 children without allergic history(40.0%),and those with allergic history(51.5%)In spring,62 cases,accounting for 31.0%,in summer,33 cases,accounting for 15.5%,in autumn,45 cases,accounting for 22.5%,in winter,60 cases,accounting for 30.0%,and in winter and spring,the proportion of children is large.2.Characteristics of syndrome types of cough variant asthma: 40 cases(20.0%),101 cases(50.5%),35 cases(17.5%),24 cases(12.0%)of deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,and the large proportion of syndrome types(P > 0.05),there was no difference in the distribution of syndrome types in gender and allergy history(P< 0.05).3.Physical characteristics of children with cough variant asthma: 48 cases of partial lung deficiency,accounting for 24.0%;41 cases of partial Yang heat,accounting for 20.5%;39 cases of partial spleen deficiency,accounting for 19.5%;37 cases of moderate quality,accounting for 18.5%;11 cases of hypersensitivity,accounting for 5.5%;11 cases of partialliver hyperactivity,accounting for 5.5%;7 cases of partial Yin deficiency,accounting for3.5%;3 cases of partial kidney deficiency,accounting for 1.5%;3 cases of partial timidity and weak quality,accounting for 1.5%;3 cases of partial lung deficiency,accounting for1.5% There was no difference in the distribution of constitution in gender(P > 0.05),but in the distribution of age,allergy history,season and syndrome type(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The proportion of children with cough variant asthma in the pre-school period is large,accounting for 51.5%;the proportion of children with cough variant asthma in winter and spring is large,accounting for 31% and 30% respectively;the proportion of children with allergic history is large,accounting for 60%;the proportion of children with wind heat attacking lung syndrome is large,accounting for 50.5%.2.The syndrome types of children with cough variant asthma are not related to gender and allergy history,but related to age and season.3.There is a close correlation between cough variant asthma and physical fitness.There is no difference in the distribution of physical fitness in gender,but there are differences in the distribution of age,season,allergy history and syndrome type.
