Clinical Study On Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency-type Lumbar Disc Herniation By Acupuncture And Fire-Ray Moxibustion

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture point and thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation,and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical treatment of this disease in the future.Methods: For 72 patients with kidney deficiency lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria,36 cases were divided into treatment group(acupuncture point with thunder fire moxibustion)and control group(routine acupuncture)by random digital table method.The two groups were treated once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,2 days rest after 1 course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment.The vas scores and joa scores of the two groups before and after treatment were collected and sorted,and the spss22.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The comparison of general data(sex,age,etc.)before treatment between the two groups showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)There was no statistical difference(p>0.05)between the two groups between the pre-treatment vas scores and the joa scores.(3)The vas scores and joa scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the results showed that the two groups had differences in the treatment of the disease(p<0.05).(4)The effective rate after treatment in the two groups was 88.24% in the treatment group and 81.88% in the control group,indicating that both methods were effective in improving the renal deficiency type lumbar disc herniation,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture with Lei Huo Moxibustion and routine acupuncture can improve the symptoms of the patients.
