Clinical Observation Of Yixiao Decoction For The Treatment Of Asthma Cough(Wind-cold Attacking Lung Syndrome) In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishang decoction in children with asthma cough(wind-cold attacking lung syndrome)and to discuss the clinical safety and efficacv of Yishang decoction.According to the clinical syndrome score comparison,the specific evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Yishang decoction,for its promotion and application to provide a certain basis for the treatment of children asthma cough to provide new treatment ideas.M.ethods:In this study,60 patients from pediatrics of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to December 2019 who were children with asthma cough were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,each group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Yishang decoction as the main prescription,and the control group was treated with Xiao Qinglong decoction(Treatise on Febrile Diseases)according to the guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and pediatrics.Before and after treatment,the clinical syndromes of the two groups were compared with each other,and the data were analyzed statistically using SPSS22.0 software.Results:After the treatment,the total score of syndromes before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group,and the single score of each syndrome were decreased,and there were statistical differences(P>0.05),which proved that Yishang decoction and Xiao Qinglong decoction played a therapeutic role in the treatment of asthma cough(wind-cold attacking lung syndrome)in children.Among them,the treatment group cured 6 cases,significant effect 13 cases,effective 6 cases,ineffective 5 cases,total effective rate 83.33%(25.30),control group cured 4 cases,significant effect 11 cases,effective 8 cases,ineffective 7 cases,total effective rate 76.67%(23/30),the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of treatment group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Description of Ease Tang and Xiao Qinglong decoction in the treatment of children’s asthma cough(wind-cold attacking lung syndrome)is close to the curative effect,but after testing,P>0.05,there was no significant statistical difference.Conclusion:1.Yiqi decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children’s asthma cough(wind-cold attacking lung syndrome),which can effectively reduce the frequency of cough,reduce the degree of cough,improve the symptoms of expectoration,runny nose and so on.2.Yishang decoction can provide different treatment ideas in clinical application and can be popularized in clinical application.
