| ObjectiveTo understand the current situation and influencing factors of firefighter’s mental resilience, and to discuss the influence of group psychological counseling program based on Kumpfer’s mental resilience framework model on firefighter’s mental resilience,so as to provide reference for firefighter’s mental health promotion and occupational stress management.MethodsThis study adopted quantitative research to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of firefighters mental resilience, and adopted experimental research to explore the influence of group psychological counseling program based on frame model on firefighter’s mental resilience. It consists of two parts:1.Firefighters psychological elastic status and influencing factors of the amount of sex research:using cluster sampling method to select bozhou city downtown all fire rescue team in this study included in the standard 170 firefighters as investigation object, using the self-made general information questionnaire, psychological resilience scale, general self-efficacy scale, social support rating scale and simplecoping style scale, positive and negative emotions scale questionnaire.Using SPSS 22.0 statistical software for data analysis, including descriptive statistics analysis,t test.singe factor analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,Spearman correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis,etc.2.Based on the framework model of group psychological counseling for firefighters types of experimental study on the impact of elastic:resilience score lower in prophase survey firefighters, adopts the purposive sampling method to select 70 firefighters in this study included exclusion standard, eventually determine the resilience score 65 points or less 70 firefighters to research, this part is divided into two groups at random,by tossing a coin to determine the intervention group(35)and the control group(3,5).The intervention group received group psychological counseling based on the frame model, while the control group worked and lived normally, without group psychological coun seling based on the frame model. The mental resilience scale was used to evaluate the mental resilience of firefighters before and after intervention.Using SPSS 22.0 statistical software for data analysis, statistical methods including descriptive statistics analysis,chi-square,Fisher exact probability method, the n onparametric rank and inspection,t test, repetitive measure analysis of variance, etc. The semi-structured interview method was adopted to interview 12 firefighters in the.intervention group to further understand the intervention effect of group psychological counseling based on the framework model on firefighters,as a supplement to the evaluation of similar experimental studies.Results1.The total score of mental resilience of firefighters was(68.09±8.56),and the scores of each dimension were tenacity(34.41±5.30),self-improvement(23.14±2.98)and optimism(10.54±2.16).The score of self-efficacy was(28.07±5.64).The total score of social support was 38.59±10.48,and the scores of each dimension were:subjective support(21.59±4.66),objective support(10.61±4.61),and utilization of support(6.39±2.12).The score of positive coping was(23.12±5.42),and the score of negative coping was(13.43±4.11).The score of positive emotion was(31.09±6.53)and the score of negative emotion was(21.23±4.50).2.Univariate analysis showed that the differences of age, educational level, marital status, religious belief,one-child status and working years in the mean of mental resilience of firefighters were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Correlation.analysis showed that psychological resilience and all dimensions were positively correlated with self-efficacy,social support and all dimensions, positive coping and positive emotions, and negatively correlated with negative coping and negative emotions, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).4.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that:(1)age,cultural degree, marital status, whether the one-child,fireman working fixed number of year is the influence factors of resilience has statistical significance(P<0.05),and religious beliefs affcct firefighters psychological eia(?)tic is not statistially significant(P>0.05),the model is explained 74.3%of total variance;(2)Self-efficacy,social support, coping styles and positive and negative emotions are the influencing factors of firefighter’s mental resilience.A total of 80.5%of the total variation is explained, among which negative coping and negative emotions have’ a negative influence on firefighter’s mental resilience.5.There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of mental resilience between the control group and the intervention group before the intervention(P>0.05).After group psychological counseling;the measured score of firefighter resilience in the intervention group was(69.69±3.86)after intervention,and(72.57±3.87)after 2 months of intervention.Compared with before intervention, the measured score of firefighter resilience in the intervention group was improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the mental resilience scores of firefighters in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Qualitative research results show that frame-based group psychological counseling can improve:the self-efficacy,positive emotions, social support and positive coping of firefighters, thus improving the level of mental resilience of firefighters.which further verifies the effectiveness of the program.Conclusion1.The group psychological counseling program based on Kumpfer’s mental resilience framework model can effectively improve the mental resilience of firefighters with immediate and continuous effects,so as to improve their ability to cope with stress and promote mental health.2.The group psychological counseling program based on the framework model of mental resilience based on Kumpfer can be popularized and applied in the mental resilience intervention of firefighters, providing reference for the promotion of mental health and occupational stress management of firefighters. |
