With the development of society and the change of health concept,the public's demand for medical and health services is growing day by day,and it is difficult to see a doctor.In order to meet the growing demand for medical and health care,fully optimize the allocation of resources,innovate service models and improve service efficiency,the State Council and local governments have constantly issued relevant policies to promote the development of internet medical and health industry.Online medical and health services provide users with relatively easy access to medical and health resources,expand the space and content of medical services,improve the supply efficiency,constantly meet the needs of medical and health,and bring a new dawn for solving the problem of difficult access to medical services.When a major public health emergency occurs,online medical and health services can play a more social role.The medical and health website is an important part of the internet medical and health services.The evaluation of the efficiency of the medical and health website helps to clarify the industry level,improve the service efficiency and promote the development of the medical and health industry.At the same time,web sites can be compared horizontally,which is conducive to find their own shortcomings,optimize their own resource allocation,and improve service capacity.When medical and health websites provide information services,the efficiency of websites is determined by the construction of information resources and the level of operation and promotion.The service data can be collected and detected,and will not be affected by the subjective will.Therefore,DEA method is used to study the efficiency of medical and health websites and give full play to the advantages of DEA method,so as to better build and improve medical and health websites.This paper constructs the input index from the perspective of information resource construction and operation and maintenance of the website itself,and constructs the output index from the view of visit volume,and finally determines the total number of pages(PAG),the number of links to external websites(TFS),the total number of links to websites(TL),the percentage of pages without invalid links(LI),the external link rate(FLP),the percentage of pages returned(RP)The update frequency of web pages(UR),baidu weight(BR)as input index,daily average IP access(ADIP),daily average page access(ADPV)as output index.In the selection of medical and health websites,based on the top 100 of Chinaz medical and health websites,21 medical and health websites are finally selected as samples according to the definition of this article.The operation results of DEA show that there are 13 medical and health websites that are not DEA effective,and analyze the improvement space and scale efficiency of non DEA effective DMUs;secondly,analyze the improvement of 8 effective DMUs by introducing super efficiency DEA.In general,the majority of the samples with DEA efficiency greater than 50%,and 83%of the samples with DEA efficiency greater than 50%have DEA efficiency higher than 70%,indicating that in the selected samples,the efficiency of medical and health websites is relatively high,but in DEA effectiveness,the number of non DEA effective websites accounts for a large number,indicating that the improvement space is large.Finally,the paper puts forward the measures to optimize resource allocation,enhance user experience and pay attention to the promotion and operation of multi-channel,multi-media and multi platform.
