Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Press Needle Combined With Filiform Needle Acupuncture On Primary Mild To Moderate Hypertension

Objective:Based on the drug treatment of essential mild to moderate hypertension,this study was combined with filiform needle and press needle acupuncture.By observing the changes of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment,the therapeutic effect of press needle combined with filiform needle acupuncture on essential mild to moderate hypertension was observed,so as to provide new clinical ideas and methods for comprehensive treatment of hypertension.Methods:A total of 90 patients with essential mild to moderate hypertension were selected from Jiangsu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the number of patients entering the group:the press needle combined filiform needle group,the filiform needle group and the control group,every group has 30 patients.All patients in the three groups were treated with antihypertensive drugs once a day;the filiform needle group was treated with filiform needle acupuncture treatment on the basis of drug,and after conventional filiform needle acupuncture,the same acupoints of the press needle combined filiform needle group was obtained,pressing and kneading the position of press needle for 2 minutes every 2 hours,and then taking it off after 20 hours a day.The filiform needle group and press needle combined filiform needle group were treated once a day,six times a week as a course of treatment,a total of three courses.Results:(1)Comparison of systolic blood pressure before and after treatment among three groups:the systolic blood pressure of three groups decreased after treatment,with statistically significant difference(all P<0.01).Systolic blood pressure of the press needle combined filiform needle group and the filiform needle group was better than that of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05),and the reduction of systolic blood pressure of the press needle combined filiform needle group was more significant than that of the filiform needle group(P<0.05).In terms of the change value of systolic blood pressure before and after treatment,the hypotension difference between the press needle combined filiform needle group and the other two groups was larger,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05),while the hypotension difference between the press needle combined filiform needle group and the filiform needle group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment in the three groups:the diastolic blood pressure in the three groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the effect of lowering diastolic blood pressure in the press needle combined filiform needle group and the filiform needle group was better(all P<0.05),and the press needle combined filiform needle group was better than the filiform needle group(P<0.05).In terms of the change value of blood pressure,the difference between the press needle combined filiform needle group and the filiform needle group before and after was more prominent,with statistically significant difference compared with the control group(all P<0.05),and pairwise comparison between the press needle combined filiform needle group and the filiform needle group showed that the effect of the press needle combined filiform needle group was more obvious(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment among the three groups:TCM symptom scores could be improved in all the three groups,with statistically significant difference(all P<0.01).The efficacy of press needle combined filiform needle group and filiform needle group was better than that of the control group(all P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between press needle combined filiform needle group and filiform needle group(P>0.05).(4)after treatment,the total effective rate of the filiform needle group was the highest(93.33%),while the total effective rate of the filiform needle group was 89.66%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of combination of press needle and filiform needle acupuncture in the treatment of primary mild to moderate hypertension is positive,which is superior to filiform needle group and drug therapy alone.It can maximally reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment efficiency,so as to help patients control blood pressure efficiently,reduce the dosage and adverse reactions of drugs,and provide safe and effective treatment for non drug treatment.It is worth promoting.
