Objective:To investigate the understanding of TCM on obesity type 2 diabetes in Chinese medicine, and to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenshu Heye Decoction on obesity type 2 diabetes with spleen deficiency and phlegm-turbidity syndrome. It provides a theoretical reference for clinical treatment of obese type 2 diabetes with spleen deficiency, phlegm and turbidity syndrome, and at the same time provides effective guidance for actual medication. Methods:Randomized and controlled research methods were used to randomly divide patients with obesity type 2 diabetes and spleen deficiency and phlegm syndrome into a treatment group and a control group of 30 patients.① Control group:given conventional Western medicine treatment:given oral hypoglycemic drugs:metformin tablets,0.85g,twice daily,oral;saxagliptin,5mg,once daily,oral,atorvastatin,10mg,per Once a day,oral.②Therapeutic group:add Shenshuheye decoction to the patients on the basis of the control group at the same time, the water frying uniform, daily, morning and evening twice a dose of drug.③The two groups of patients received lifestyle intervention after admission. The treatment in both groups took 4 weeks as a course of treatment, and a total of 3 courses of treatment were observed.Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the weight,waist-to-hip ratio,BMI,blood glucose, blood lipids,insulin-related indicators,TCM clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores, etc.of the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment the baseline data of gender, age, and disease duration of the two groups were not statistically different after statistical processing, and were comparable(P>0.05)①Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms:The comparison of syndrome scores between the two groups showed significant improvement before and after treatment.Statistical analysis((P<0.05 或 P<0.01))suggested statistical significance.Comparison between groups, through statistical analysis(P<0.01),showed statistical significance, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.② TCM Syndrome Points:Both groups can improve TCM syndromes and relieve clinical symptoms after treatment. The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group is 90.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group is 60.00%.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01)③ Glucose index:Fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin were significantly reduced after treatment in both groups(P<0.05);fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin decreased significantly in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.01).④Insulin-related indicators:Fasting insulin decreased after treatment and insulin sensitivity index increased in both groups(P<0.05);insulin sensitivity index in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).⑤ Obesity-related:indicators:After treatment in the two groups of patients, the treatment group’s four indicators of BMI,weight, waist circumference, and waist-to-hip ratio were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),while the control group was only at Two indicators improved(P<0.05).After treatment, the four indexes of BMI,weight, waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).⑥ Blood lipid index:After treatment, the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).⑦Comparison of the curative effect of the two groups of patients after treatment:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 40.00%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).⑧Safety index:The blood, urine, feces routine and liver and kidney function indexes of the two groups of patients are in the normal range, there is no obvious adverse reaction, and the safety is good. Conclusions:Shenshu Heye Decoction can significantly reduce the blood glucose and insulin-related indexes of obese type 2 diabetes patients, and can improve various clinical symptoms. In addition,it can reduce weight,waist-to-hip ratio, improve BMI index, and reduce fat It has obvious advantages, remarkable curative effect, high reliability and safety,no side effects, and important clinical value and social value.
