Objective: To study the feasibility and advantages of non-tracheal intubation anesthesia in thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer. Methods: The data of non-tracheal intubation thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in the three years from January 2017 to December 2019 were collected retrospectively from the center(thoracic surgery of the first affiliated hospital of Southern Anhui Medical College).to compare the incidence of complications such as airway injury, sore throat, intractable dry cough, and postoperative leukocyte level, postoperative recovery time, postoperative indwelling chest tube time, postoperative hospitalization time, number of lymph node dissection stations, number of lymph node dissection, postoperative pain level, total postoperative cost, etc. Results: There was no significant difference in age, gender,BMI and other general conditions between the two groups. There was no significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and lymph node dissection between the two groups. But the incidence of complications such as postoperative recovery time, postoperative chest tube indwelling time, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative leukocyte level, postoperative pain level, total postoperative cost, airway injury, sore throat, intractable dry cough and so on in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: Non-tracheal intubation anesthesia is safe and feasible for thoracoscopic radical resection of pulmonary cancer, which can not only achieve the treatment effect of traditional tracheal intubation anesthesia, but also reduce the common postoperative complications caused by tracheal intubation, and shorten the hospitalization time, which is beneficial to the overall minimally invasive and rapid rehabilitation.
