Objective: Analyze the prognosis and related influencing factors of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)in Yiji Mountain Hospital of Southern Anhui Medical College, and provide specific treatment plan and preventive measures for patients. Methods: The medical records of 113 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Yijishan Hospital of Southern Anhui Medical College from July 2017 to July 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the prognosis, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group, observation group, chronic heart failure compensatory or cardiovascular adverse events, cardiogenic and all-cause death events.Fill out the minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire(mlhfq score)when in hospital, and collect the relevant factors that may affect the patient’s prognosis, and use spss 19.0 software to carry out univariate analysis and multifactorial logistic regression analysis.Follow-up counted the survival rate of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,as well as the average age of patients with survival and death.Results:(1)113 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were followed up for 18 months, including 32 in the observation group,81 in the control group,10 in the lost visit,3 in the lost visit observation group and 7 in the control group. The mortality rate of elderly patients with heart failure was 28.2%,and the cumulative survival rate of all elderly patients with chronic heart failure at 6,12 and 18 months was90.6%,82.5% and 71.8%,respectively.the mean age of the surviving patients(63.51±7.35)and the dead patients(61.00±8.13)were not statistically significant compared(t =1.174,p =0.285).(2)A single factor analysis of the clinical data of 103 elderly patients with chronic heart failure in the study showed that the measurementdata showed that the Age,BMI index, blood Na,MLHFQ score(mood field, body field, total score),NT-ProBNP,LVEF;count data showing smoking, hyperlipidemia, atrial fibrillation, anemia, hypoalbuminemia, dilated cardiomyopathy,NYHA grade, use of beta blockers, use of ACEI and whether associated hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney function are not all associated with chronic aging related factors of poor prognosis in patients with heart failure, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Multivariate logistic regression analysis of statistically significant multiple variables found that NT-ProBNP,LVEF、the use of beta blockers, the MLHFQ score and the BMI index were statistically significant factors contributing to the prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(P <0.05).Conclusion: the life quality of elderly patients with chronic heart failure is poor, the survival time is short, the mortality rate is high, the prognosis of patients is related to many factors, clinically,we should combine the prognostic factors to formulate effective diagnosis and treatment and preventive measures to improve the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic heart failure to reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events, cardiogenic and all-cause death events.
