Clinical Efficacy And Mental State Assessment For The Entecavir Capsule Combined With Fuzheng Huayu Capsule In Compensated Chronic Hepatitis-B Related Cirrhosis For 3 Years

Objective: To compare the effect of Entecavir capsule combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule or take Entecavir capsule alone in the treatment of patients with compensated chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis for 3years,and evaluate the patient's mental state after taking medicine for 3years,in order to further optimize the compensation period of compensated chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis Treatment options provide new ideas.Methods: This study is a retrospective study.A total of 61 patients who were first diagnosed in our hospital as the compensated chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis and met the case selection criteria were selected from January 2016 to February 2017.31 patients treated with oral Entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsules for 3 years were used as the observation group,and 30 patients treated with oral Eentecavir alone for3 years were used as the control group.Fibrotouch,liver function,hepatitis B virus DNA,and liver fiber were regularly improved before and during the period.Compare patients' liver stiffness(LSM value),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)before treatment,1 year,2 years,and 3 years of treatment.,Hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV DNA),hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),type III procollagen(PCIII),type IV collagen(CIV),and a return visit by telephone after 3 years of treatment Methods The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score was used to analyze the data and compare the differences between the treatment stages and before treatment.Results:(1)Comparison of liver stiffness(LSM)between the two groups:There was no significant difference in the LSM value between the observation group and the control group at 1 year of treatment(P> 0.05),and there were both at 2 years and 3 years of treatment.Significant difference(P <0.05).This shows that entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsules has a better effect on lowering LSM levels after 2 years and 3 years of treatment than Entecavir capsules alone.(2)Comparison of HBV DNA negative rates: There was no significant difference in HBV DNA negative rates between the two groups of patients after 1 year of treatment,2 years of treatment,and 3 years of treatment(P> 0.05).This shows that there is no significant difference in the effect of entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule or entecavir alone in promoting HBV DNA to negative when treated for 1year,2 years,and 3 years.(3)Comparison of mental and psychological status between the two groups: There was no significant difference in HAMA score and anxiety scale between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of improvement of the mental state of the patients with compensated chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis.(4)Comparison of aminotransferase levels in the two groups: Compared with the ALT in the observation group,there was no significant difference between the 1 year and 2 years of treatment(P> 0.05),and there was a significant difference at 3 years of treatment(P < 0.05).;There was no significant difference in AST between the two groups at 1 year,2 years,and 3 years.This shows that Entecavir capsule combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule is better than entecavir alone in reducing ALT level after 3years of treatment,but there is no significant difference in improvement of AST level.(5)Comparison of serum indicators of liver fibrosis between the two groups: Compared with HA,LN,PC?,and C? in the observation group and the control group,there was no significant difference at 1 year of treatment(P> 0.05).There were significant differences at year(P <0.05).This shows that Entecavir capsule combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule can reduce the levels of HA,LN,PC?,and C? better than that of Entecavir alone.(6)Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups: The overall efficacy of Entecavir capsule combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule is significantly better than that of Entecavir alone,P <0.05,with a significant difference.Conclusions:(1)Entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsules are significantly better than Entecavir alone in reducing liver stiffness,liver fibrosis serology,and ALT levels in patients with compensated chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis.There is no significant difference in reducing AST level;in terms of overall efficacy,Entecavir capsule combined with Fuzheng Huayu capsule is also better than Entecavir alone.There was no significant difference in the degree of improvement of the mental state of the patients with compensated chronic hepatitis B-related cirrhosis.
