Objective: Percutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation was used to evaluate the VAS score,?-EP,NCV,TNCs score, and peripheral neuropathy TCM syndrome scores in patients with neuropathic pain induced by vinblastine chemotherapy before and after treatment.3.Quality of life score,to explore the clinical value and mechanism of TEAS for pathological neuralgia after vinblastine chemotherapy, and to provide theoretical basis for it.Methods: A total of 60 outpatients or inpatients were selected from January 2019 to September 2019 in the Hematology Department of the Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Western medicine meets the VINP diagnostic criteria;Chinese medicine meets the "Paralysis" diagnostic criteria. All patients were randomly divided into TEAS group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group received oral drug vitamin B12 combined with gabapentin, and the TEAS group received percutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on the basis of the control group.A total of 2 courses of treatment for 20 days were followed up and 14 days after the end of treatment.Relevant curative effects were evaluated by observing the VAS score,?-EP,NCV,TNCs score, peripheral TCM syndrome score, and quality of life score of patients in the two groups before and after treatment and during follow-up.Response rates assess safety. Results: 1.Western medical efficacy analysis: The VAS score and TNSc score of the two groups of patients both decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of TEAS group after treatment and follow-up period were better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Analysis of specific indicators: ?-EP and NCV(median nerve and common peroneal nerve)all increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),the increase in TEAS group after treatment and follow-up period was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Analysis of TCM efficacy:(1)The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the TEAS group is 86.20%,and the total effective rate in the control group is 62.10%.The therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome in the TEAS group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The individual scores of TCM syndromes and the total scores of TCM syndromes: the two groups of patients have decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in TEAS group after treatment and follow-up period are better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of quality of life: The SF-36 physical and mental health areas of the two groups of patients have increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the TEAS group after treatment and follow-up period is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of adverse reactions and safety indexes between the two groups of patients: the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 31%,and that in the TEAS group was 21%.There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction and safety index rates between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion :1.TEAS can improve VINP,improve patients' ?-EP,median and common peroneal nerves NCV levels, and improve patients' pain, neuropathy scores and quality of life scores, enhance patients' treatment confidence and long-term quality of life.2.TEAS can improve the symptoms of TCM in patients with limb pain, cold limbs, decreased sensation, limb weakness and muscle atrophy.3.TEAS did not significantly increase its adverse effects such as liver and kidney damage and skin infections, and could reduce the side effects of vinblastine chemotherapy.
