vertigo degree, degree of pillow neck pain, from the perspective of clinical efficacy to demonstrate shu jin reconstructive technique in the treatment of atlanto-axial joint optimal effect of staggered joints caused by cervical vertigo,as the technique of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of atlanto-axial joints staggered joints caused by cervical vertigo with new ideas.MethodsFirst,60 patients were selected by the researchers through the outpatient clinic for inclusion in the trial.Then,60 random Numbers were generated by the network random system to determine the serial number of the patients, and the patients were divided into 30 patients in the experimental group and 30 patients in the control group.Group gives patients technique treatment, patients with the control group given traction treatment, observation time is 3 months, respectively,in the day, three days after treatment and 3 months records in the two groups after treatment main index(vertigo)secondary index(1,2,pillow neck pain, neck pain 3,cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale),all the data are the researchers detailed records, then using SPSS,23 software for all the data for statistical analysis.Results1 The two groups of basic data were comparedThe age and gender data of the two groups were analyzed by statistical software, and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),which could be compared.2 Vertigo intensityIntra-group comparison:In the manipulation group,VAS scores were significantly different between the two time points after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between VAS scores 3 months after treatment and 3 days after treatment(p>0.05).The results of traction group were the same as those of manipulation group.Traction therapy and manipulation therapy can improve the intensity of vertigoComparison between groups:VAS scores before treatment showed no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).VAS scores at 3 days and 3 months after treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05).It shows that manipulation therapy can improve vertigo intensity more effectively than traction therapy.3 Occipital neck painIntra-group comparison:In the manipulation group,VAS scores were significantly different between the two time points after treatment and before
