Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive respiratory function training on the respiratory function of patients with apical membrane replacement under the cooperative nursing mode, and to investigate the compliance and satisfaction of patients with this method.Specifically:①apply the comprehensive respiratory function training under the cooperative nursing mode in the perioperative period of patients with mitral valve replacement, and evaluate its impact on the ventilator use time, hospital stay time, blood gas,and the incidence of pulmonary complications;②evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the comprehensive respiratory function training under the cooperative nursing mode after the mitral valve replacement;③evaluate the cooperative nursing The influence of comprehensive respiratory function training on patients’ compliance and satisfaction under the mode ④provide basis for the implementation of scientific, standardized and effective comprehensive respiratory function training for patients undergoing mitral valve replacement.Method:1.Subjects:80 patients who underwent mitral valve replacement in our hospital from November 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into intervention group(40 people)and control group(40 people)2.The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing of cardiovascular surgery, and the intervention group was given cooperative nursing mode combined with comprehensive respiratory function training on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks. The data collection time was determined as the first day before operation, the first day after operation, the second day,the third day,the fourth day,the fifth day,the sixth day and the seventh day.Spss22.0 was used as the medical statistical software The results were statistically analyzed. The intubation time, blood gas, pulmonary complications, hospital stay, satisfaction and compliance of patients were compared between the two groups. The effect of comprehensive respiratory function training under the cooperative nursing mode was analyzed.Result:All the participants(intervention group and control group)successfully completed the operation. Both the intervention group and the control group completed the research intervention and all the data observation and analysis during the hospitalization. All the participants in the laboratory examination, condition(all the participants were rheumatic mitral valve disease),gender distribution, age, operation mode(all the patients underwent mitral valve replacement under general anesthesia through median thoracotomy)There was no significant difference in the parameters of echocardiography(P>0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no postoperative and in-hospital death in both groups.According to the results of the study, there were significant differences between the two groups in terms of intubation time,ICU hospitalization time, incidence of pulmonary complications, hospitalization days,soa2,Pa02,satisfaction,compliance and other aspects,①ventilator usage time 17.71±4.71h vs 24.44±15.48h;②incidence of pulmonary complications 4(10%)vs 7(17.5%);③length of stay in ICU 43.65±10.26h vs 52.87±27.53h;④length of stay 13.23±4.63 days vs 15.03±4.39 days;⑤blood oxygen saturation monitoring 96.66±2.70%Vs94.46±2.68%;⑥arterial partial pressure of oxygen93.81±3.16mmHgvs93.29±2.67mmHg;⑦carbon dioxide partial pressure 36.87 ± 3.09mmHg vs 35.93 ± 3.44mmHg⑧patients in the two groups in satisfaction and compliance comparison P<0.05,the difference was significant.Conclusion:1.Applying the comprehensive respiratory function training under the cooperative nursing mode in the perioperative period of patients with mitral valve replacement can shorten the time of tracheal intubation,ICU and total hospital stay, accelerate the recovery speed of patients with mitral valve replacement and save the medical cost.2.Under the cooperative nursing mode, the comprehensive respiratory function training can improve the mean value of SaO2 and PaO2 in patients with mitral valve replacement.Through the respiratory training, the tolerance of the body to hypoxia can be reduced and the blood can be oxygenated better.3.Applying the cooperative nursing mode to the perioperative respiratory function training of patients with mitral valve replacement can reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications(pleural effusion,atelectasis,pneumonia).4.Applying the collaborative nursing mode to the perioperative respiratory function training of patients with mitral valve replacement can improve the patients’ awareness of postoperative complications and related knowledge of respiratory training, and improve the patients’ compliance,self-management ability and satisfaction with respiratory training.
