PurposeThis paper summarizes the inheritance history of Yi medicine water plaster therapy,explores the theoretical basis of the therapy,summarizes its commonly used application rules,and collects its typical clinical use cases,so as to have a positive impact on the inheritance and development of Yi medicine water plaster therapy,and provide theoretical reference for its future development,and at the same time,contribute to the protection of excellent minority treatment technology.MethodIn the research process of this paper,we mainly use the methods of literature research,field research and statistical research.First of all,we collected the relevant literature about the Yi medicine water plaster therapy by the method of philology.On this basis,we used the research method to visit the main inheritors of Yi medicine water plaster therapy and the Yi doctors in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,and visited the departments of Yunnan Yi Medical Hospital to collect the commonly used prescriptions,commonly used molding agents,production methods and clinical use cases of Yi medicine water plaster therapy At last,statistical methods were used to analyze the collected prescriptions,and the characteristics of the commonly used prescriptions were summarized.ResultsThis paper summarizes the historical background and theoretical basis of the formation of Yi medicine water plaster therapy,and believes that the water plaster therapy of Yi medicine is rooted in the culture of Yi nationality,and the development of water plaster is divided into embryonic stage,traditional stage and new stage;this paper introduces the operation process of Yi medicine water plaster therapy,andstudies the traditional Yi medicine water plaster through the literature of traditional Chinese medicine The main preparation process of Yi medicine water plaster was sorted out in this study.Based on the classification of common adaptive diseases of water plaster,11 representative prescriptions were divided into three categories:treatment of orthopedic diseases,treatment of surgical diseases and treatment of internal diseases.Through the work of 11 commonly used Yi medicine Based on the summary of the effect,the frequency of drug use,the way to return and the attribution,the characteristics of the composition and medication of the common water plasters in Yi medicine are summarized.It is concluded that the commonly used drugs of the water plasters in Yi medicine are nitizhuo,wodachulu,miaodili and Nainiu.Most of the drugs belong to the hepatobiliary and renal bladder routes,and the most commonly used Yi drugs are the drop medicine,rheumatic medicine and blood activating medicine.Conclusion1.The therapy comes from the production,life and practice of the Yi society and has undergone many changes2.Yi medicine,like traditional Chinese medicine,has a treatment method of "using water as medicine",and the molding agent used in the treatment changes according to the symptoms3.The preparation of new water plaster should draw lessons from modern pharmaceutical chemistry and other knowledge4.The treatment prescription often uses the drugs of dropping and beating,rheumatism and promoting blood circulation,etc...
