| Objective1.systematizing the knowledge of ancient Chinese doctors on dementia,its causes and pathogenesis;systematizing the clinical experience of ancient Chinese doctors in the treatment of dementia(experience in drug therapy,acupuncture and other treatments);To explore the regularity of drug use and the characteristics of acupoint selection.2.to systematize the knowledge of ancient Chinese doctors on the main symptoms of dementia and the forgetfulness of early symptoms,as well as on the causes and pathogenesis of Dementia;This paper systematically collates the clinical experience of Chinese ancient doctors in the treatment of Amnesia(drug treatment experience,acupuncture and other treatment experience),and probes into the law of drug use and the characteristics of acupoint selection.Method1.By using the research method of literature,this paper makes a comprehensive search,collation and Research on the cognition of ancient Chinese doctors in dementia.2.With "the 5th edition of Chinese medical code" as the main tool of literature retrieval,and the disease name in the scope mentioned in the clinical diagnosis and efficacy evaluation standard of traditional Chinese medicine for Alzheimer’s disease(Trial)as the main key words for literature retrieval,on the win10 system,use excel2016 to establish the corresponding database,on this basis,use the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform to high frequency Frequency statistics,cluster analysis and correlationanalysis are carried out for the frequency,efficacy,four Qi,five flavor and meridian tropism of drugs;frequency statistics,cluster analysis and correlation analysis are carried out for the sexual taste,meridian tropism and efficacy of all drugs;research and analysis are carried out for the results in combination with the theory of traditional Chinese medicineFindings1.Based on the 5th edition of Chinese Medical Code,186 items related to dementia and 3575 items related to Amnesia were retrieved.A total of 122 entries related to dementia and 1915 entries related to forgetfulness met the inclusion criteria.There were 12 prescriptions for the treatment of dementia,involving 51 prescriptions for drugs,and 71 prescriptions for the treatment of Amnesia,involving 157 prescriptions for drugs.In addition,17 high-frequency drugs related to dementia and 41 high-frequency drugs related to Amnesia were discovered by using "ancient and modern medical record cloud platform".Cluster analysis and correlation analysis of high-frequency drugs,combined with the results of frequency analysis,summed up the ancient doctors in the prevention and treatment of dementia drug characteristics and the law of treatment of dementia.2.With the fifth edition of Chinese medical code as the main literature search and data source,186 items related to dementia and 3575 items related to forgetfulness were retrieved.There were 122 dementia and other related items that met the inclusion criteria,and 1915 amnesia and other related items.There are 12 prescriptions for dementia,involving 51 drugs,and 71 prescriptions for forgetfulness,involving 157 drugs.The database of dementia and amnesia related drugs was established respectively,and the high-frequency drug taste related to dementia and amnesia related high-frequency drug taste were mined out by using "ancient and modern medical case cloud platform".In addition,cluster analysis,association analysis and frequency analysis of high-frequency drugs were carried out,and the characteristics of drugs used by ancient doctors in the prevention and treatment of dementia as well as the rules of syndrome and treatment of dementia were summarized.3.Forgetfulness and dementia are both different and closely related.This paper putsforward the importance of forgetfulness as the core symptom in the early stage of dementia to prevent and treat dementia,puts forward the means and methods to prevent and treat dementia,and puts forward the importance of early prevention of dementia.Conclusion: In the long-term clinical practice,ancient doctors accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dementia and forgetfulness,in addition to drug therapy,there are non-drug therapy such as acupuncture.This is an invaluable wealth,for today’s medical practice,has an important guiding significance and reference value. |
