The Clinical Study On Cinnamon Twig Two-Cured And Huangqi Decoction In Treating Asthenic Cold Of Lung Qi With Headache Of Biyuan(Headache Attributed To Chronic Or Recurring Rhinosinusitis)

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Cinnamon Twig Two-cured And Huangqi Decoction on asthenic cold of lung qi with headache of biyuan(headache attributed to chronic or recurring rhinosinusitis).Method: According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion of cases,155 patients who met the criteria were selected.All the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly.In the treatment group,103 patients in the treatment group were treated with Cinnamon Twig Two-cured And Huangqi Decoction.In the control group,52 patients were treated with Lung-warming Nose-drying Elixir And Jade-Windscreen Powder.The duration of medication was 12 weeks in both groups.The head MRI and symptoms of headache scale were evaluated before treatment,1 week,2weeks,3 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,respectively,and the statistical analysis was conducted,so as to explore the clinical effect of Cinnamon Twig Two-cured And Huangqi Decoction on asthenic cold of lung qi with headache of biyuan(headache attributed to chronic or recurring rhinosinusiti).Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)in basic conditions before treatment,which was comparable.2.Both scores of the patients in the two groups improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),The effective rate was 85.44% in the treatment group and86.54% in the control group,There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.After the treatment,the concomitant symptoms of dizziness,shortness of breath,and fatigue in the treatment got alleviated(P< 0.05).The concomitant symptoms of stuffy nose,runny nose and intolerance of cold accompanied with spontaneous perspiration in the control group got alleviated(P<0.05).And there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).4.The two groups were compared in all scales at week 1,week 2 and week 3 after the treatment,and the improvement of headache in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),showing a statistical difference.All scales of the two groups were compared again at 6 and 12 weeks aftet the treatment,and there was no statistical difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.The headache relief rate of asthenic cold of lung qi with headache of biyuan(headache attributed to chronic or recurring rhinosinusitis)treated with Cinnamon Twig Two-cured And Huangqi Decoction is equal to Lung-warming Nose-drying Elixir And Jade-Windscreen Powder.2.The headache symptoms of asthenic cold of lung qi with headache of biyuan(headache attributed to chronic or recurring rhinosinusitis)get alleviated earlier than Lung-warming Nose-drying Elixir And Jade-Windscreen Powder.3.In the treatment of asthenic cold of lung qi with headache of biyuan(headache attributed to chronic or recurring rhinosinusitis),Cinnamon Twig Two-cured And Huangqi Decoction has a more obvious effect on relieving the concomitant symptoms of dizziness,shortness of breath and fatigue.And Lung-warming Nose-drying Elixir And Jade-Windscreen Powderthe has a more obvious effect on relieving the concomitant symptoms of stuffy nose,runny nose and intolerance of cold accompanied with spontaneous perspiration.
