Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Mongolian Medicine The Recovery Of Gastrointestinal Function After LC With Geixigune-3 Patch

Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of Mongolian medicine Geixigune-3 patch on the complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:1.Patient source:60 patients who were admitted to the department of Mongolian medicine surgery of affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia university for nationalities from January 2019 to December 2019 and who met the inclusion criteria after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.2.Drug source:Mongolian medicine Geixigune-3 patch provided by Mongolian medicine preparation room of affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia university for nationalities;3.Medication:A:control group:conventional therapy after surgeryB:treatment group:conventional therapy after surgery+Aolagai acupuncture point(fourth acupuncture point of waist in traditional Chinese medicine)were applied with Geixigune-3 patch.Results:Through analysis:1.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the cure rate of the experimental group was(60%).,the cure rate of the control group was(40%).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group.2.After treatment,bowel sounds,first exhaust,defecation,liquid food,length of stay,and hospital expenses of the two groups were compared,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group.There was no significant difference in blood routine and liver and kidney function between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:This study shows that the application of Mongolian medicine Geixigune-3 patch on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can improve the cure rate and clinical symptoms.The treatment of complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy has achieved remarkable efficacy,which provides an effective method and train of thought for the treatment of complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Mongolian medicine.
