| Objective:To compare the efficacy of shakuba valsartan and benazepril in the treatment of heart failure patients after 1 month,to explore the efficacy and safety of shakuba valsartan in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:Enrolled in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from August 20 to 2018,hospitalized in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,the 60 patients with the diagnostic criteria for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction,divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were given conventional anti-heart failure treatment(including beta blockers,diuretics,digitalis,etc.).The control group was given 10 mg of benazeprid hydrochloride(Loting New Beijing Novartis Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)orally once a day.The experimental group was converted to Shakuba Qusarsartan(Nuoxindu Beijing Novartis Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)for 30 hours after stopping the use of ACEI for 36 hours orally twice a day for 2 weeks,without severe symptomatic hypotension.Reaction,deterioration of renal function and elevated blood potassium,the dose was doubled 2 weeks later,changed to 100mg orally twice a day,the systolic blood pressure should be guaranteed≥90mm Hg during the medication,and renal function and blood potassium should be monitored.Results:A total of 60 patients were enrolled in the study,including 32 males and 28 females,aged 49-79 years,with an average age of 66.2±8.9 years.To compare the effectiveness of sirbacin and valsartan in the treatment of heart failure by comparing NET-Pro BNP,6-minute walk test,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic volume,and Minnesota quality of life scale.The results of this study showed that NET-Pro BNP,6-minute walk test distance,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic volume,Minnesota Quality of Life Scale score after 1 month of treatment with sirbacin and valsartan Both were significantly improved compared with before treatment.The P value was less than 0.05 by comparison,and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group benazepril treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the calculated P value was less than 0.05,indicating that the improvement of left ventricular end-diastolic volume of the heart was better than benazepril.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The calculated P value was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the curcumin and valsartan were significantly more effective in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.Conclusion:1、Shakuba Qusarsartan can effectively improve the symptoms of heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction,improve the quality of life of patients,and has no obvious adverse reactions during treatment,and has certain safety;2、Compared with the classic ACEI drug treatment,the improvement of the heart structure of patients with heart failure is more obvious with shakuba valsartan.3、Compared with the classic ACEI drug treatment,the effectiveness of Shakuba valsartan treatment is significantly improved compared with traditional treatment. |
