Safty Research Of Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Resection In Combination With Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy With Raltitrexed

ObjectiveTo investigate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection cancer in combination with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy with Raltitrexed.MethodsSixty patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection plus with intraperitoneal chemotherapy with rahitrexed.The control group was given laparoscopic colorectal cancer rese ction.All patients with postoperative chemotherapy system with mFOLFOX6 regimen.The surgery-related parameters,postoperative recovery,complications,adverse reactions,l ocal recurrence,distant metastasis,hospital stay between the two groups of patients w-ere compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference with intraoperative blood loss,operation time,clean up the number of lymph nodes,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative days eating and abdominal cavity drainage tube pull out time,take out stitches incision time,hospitalization days between the two groups(all P>0.05).There was no significant differ-ence with abdominal cavity infection,anastomotic fistula,anastomotic stricture,incision infection,abdominal pain,abdominal distention,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,bowel perforate –on,pleural effusion,intestinal obstruction,venous thrombosis,acute renal failure,between the two groups(all P>0.05).The incidences of postoperative hypoalbuminemia and hypo-natremia were significantly increased in treatment group compared with control grou-p(26.0%vs.6.7%;23.3%vs.3.4%),both P<0.05.Each system toxicity comparison: There was no significant difference with RBC、WBC、PLT、AST、ALT、BUN、Cr between preoperative and postoperative day 3(P>0.05);there was no significant difference with nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,constipation,bone marrow suppression,alopecia,phlebitis,handfoot syndrome,between the two groups(all P>0.05).ConclusionThe laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection plus with intraperitoneal chemotherapy with rahitrexed is safty and feasible,and no increase in the near future postoperative ad-verse reactions,complications and adverse reaction of chemotherapy.To evaluate the eff-icacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy with Raltitrexed in advanced colorectal cancer sur-gery need more samples and more time.
