Objective: Apply the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)to the perioperative period of patients with pulmonary hydatid disease, and discuss the effect of ERAS treatment mode on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary hydatid disease. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with pulmonary hydatid disease who underwent elective surgery from January 2014 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, the patients given the traditional treatment mode were the control group(36 cases),and the patients given the ERAS treatment mode were the observation group(32 cases),Compare the perioperative related conditions between the two groups. Results:The actual fasting and no-drinking time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group. The incidence of thirst or hunger in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first defecation time, extubation time, and postoperative hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group. The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of ERAS treatment mode for patients with pulmonary hydatid disease treated by surgery can improve the surgical outcome and prognosis quality of patients, and accelerate the postoperative recovery rate, which is worthy of promotion.
