| Objective: To investigate the clinical data,treatment and prognosis IgG4-associated sclerosing(IgG4-SC).According to the different treatment methods received,the clinical efficacy,complication rate and recurrence rate of patients in different treatment groups were compared.Methods: From January 2003 to December 2019,21 patients were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university,and IgG4-SC was diagnosed during treatment or follow-up,and their clinical data were collected.2.According to the treatment received,21IgG4-SC patients were divided inooperation group and hormone group,and the clinical efficiency,complication rate,recurrence rate and indicators of the two groups were cmpared and analyzed.Result:There were 21 cases of IgG4-SC in our hospital,including18 males and 3females The mean age of onset was 56.0(26-76)years.The common clinical manifestations were jaundice in 18 cases and abdominal pain in 13 cases.of the 21 patients,14 had pancreatic lesions and 8had enlarged lymph nodes.Serological characteristics were characterized by serum IgG4 elevation.8 patients received serum IgG4 examination,and 7 of them had serum IgG4 higher than 1.35g/L.Ten of the 21 patients received biliary surgery alone.IgG4-SC was diagnosed at the first diagnosis of 11 patients,all of whom received hormone therapy.2.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,liver function indicators at admission and clinical effectiveness(P>0.05).Compared with the incidence of complications in the two groups,the difference rate within one year was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Due to the lack of specific indicators,IgG4-SC is easy to be misdiagnosed as malignant disease,so it needs to be correctly diagnosed by combining various clinical data.The total therapeutic effect of hormone therapy is superior to that of biliary tract surgery. |
