Objective: To investigate the effects of endoscopic or fluoroscopy on esophageal balloon dilatation(EBD)and fully covered self expanding metallic stent,Fcsems)or combination of fcsems and fcsems were used to treat benign stricture of anastomotic stoma after operation of esophageal cancer. Methods: 81 patients with postoperative stricture of esophageal cancer were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2013 to April 2019.All patients were diagnosed as benign stricture of anastomotic stoma by gastroscopy, and were treated by balloon dilatation, stent implantation and one of them. Results: there were no significant differences among the three groups in age, gender, nationality, position of esophageal stenosis and time of postoperative stenosis(P >0.05).When the score of dysphagia was 4,the score of dysphagia, the improvement of symptoms and the effective rate of the first treatment in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P <0.05);there was no statistical significance in the score of dysphagia, the improvement of symptoms and the effective rate of treatment in the three groups at 6 months(P >0.05);when the score of dysphagia was 3,there was no statistical significance between the three groups at 6 months after the first treatment There was no statistical significance in dysphagia score, symptom improvement and effective rate of treatment(P >0.05);there was no statistical significance in complications of the three treatment schemes(P >0.05);the number of times of balloon dilatation combined with stent implantation was less than the other two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1 For those with dysphagia who scored 4 points, the first treatment was balloon dilatation combined with stent implantation. The dysphagia was significantly improved and the effect was good.2 For those with dysphagia of 4 points,as the number of treatments increases, there is no significant difference in the efficacy and improvement of dysphagia between the three treatment methods at 6 months.3 For those with dysphagia of 3 points, there is no significant difference in the efficacy and symptom improvement of the three treatment methods.4 Observed that the efficacy and improvement of dysphagia were the same between the three groups at 6 months, but balloon dilatation combined with stent implantation treatment was significantly less than the other two groups.5 The three treatment methods are the same in terms of complications.
