Objective:(1)To investigate the differences in the levels of IL-33 and TF in coronary blood between patients with ACS and non-ACS.(2)To further explore the relationship between the levels of IL-33 in coronary blood and TF activity in patients with ACS.(3)Prove that IL-33 acts on TF and enhances its activity.Methods: Patients who underwent coronary angiography in the cardiovascular department of our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were collected as research objects.Acute coronary syndrome group(unstable angina pectoris(UA),ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)and non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI))and stable angina pectoris were diagnosed and diagnosed in the coronary artery Coronary blood was drawn during the angiography,and the levels of IL-33 and TF were analyzed by ELISA.The cells were centrifuged and cultured with endothelial cells in vitro,and the interleukin-33 tissue factor activity was analyzed.Results: ACS group IL-33 concentration level(134.25 ± 44.98),TF concentration(307.04 ± 47.66),troponin T(CnT)(o.78 ± 1.80),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)(307.18 ± 266.49),muscle Acid kinase(CK)(578.08 ± 96.38),white blood cell count(WBC)(9.05 [8.23,9.86])were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.01).A simple regression analysis found a linear relationship between IL-33 and TF concentrations.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between TF levels and IL-33 concentrations in coronary blood.The results showed r = 0.234,P <0.001.There were statistically significant differences in the TF concentration in the experimental group with anti-TF antibody and IgG antibody(P <0.01).Conclusion: The levels of IL-33 and TF in the coronary blood of patients with acute coronary syndrome are higher than those in the non-ACS group,and there is a positive correlation between the two.In vitro experiments show that IL-33 weakens its activity-enhancing effect after binding TF to its antibody.It was proved that IL-33 acts on TF on endothelial cell microparticle surface.
