| Objective: To observe the effects of Lai fu decoction on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors(WBC,LYM,CRP,IL-6)in patients undergoing endoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: A total of 58 patients with cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis who underwent endoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia in the general surgery department of xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to February 2020 were collected.Random grouping is done by picking random number envelopes.Five unqualified cases were excluded,it includes 27 cases in the experimental group(western medicine basic treatment + Lai fu decoction)and 26 cases in the control group(western medicine basic treatment).Patients in both groups received routine surgical care,fasting,anti-infection,fluid supplementation and other basic western medicine treatment.Patients in the test group were given Lai fu decoction six hours after surgery, and data were recorded in both groups.Baseline data were analyzed for general information between the two groups, and differences were compared in age, gender, duration of surgery, and history of previous laparoscopic surgery. The time of the first anal exhaust, the time of the first bowel movement and the time of the recovery of bowel sounds were compared between the two groups. The changes of c-reactive protein,interleukin-6,leukocyte count and lymphocyte number in peripheral blood of the two groups before and on the first day after surgery were compared. The cure rates of the two groups were compared.Result: 1.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in age, gender, operation time and previous history of laparoscopic surgery, which was comparable(P > 0.05).2.The first time of anal exhaust, the first time of defecation and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).3.The difference between c-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the experimental group on the first day after surgery and before surgery was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the white blood cell count and lymphocyte count between the two groups on the first day after surgery and before surgery(P > 0.05).4.The cure rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Lai fu decoction can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy, improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction, and shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function. The effect of Lai fu decoction on the leukocyte count, lymphocyte number,c-reactive protein and interleukin-6 inflammatory indexes after endoscopic cholecystectomy is still unclear. |
