Follow-up Analysis Of 50 Cases With On Congenital Hypothyroidism

Objective: to investigate the growing development evaluation(height,weight,intelligence development)of CH children and the genetic analysis of TSH>100mIU/L children.Method: 50 children with Congenital hypothroidis hospital of Xinjiang medical university from January 2013 to November 2019 were included in the observation group,and 1oohealthy children were enrolled in control group.Levels of thyroid hormone TSH、FT4、FT3 were detected by electrochemical luminescence and Gesell development scal was used.Heigth、head circumference percen of normal Chinese 0-3 years were followed up regularly.Results: Through early treatment and regular follow-up of children with thyroid function.Conclusion: Congenital hypothyroidism of the newborn can be effectively reduced intelligent damage and growth lag by early screening,early diagnosis,and early treatment、growth indicators、intelligence and so on,it was found that most of the children’s physique、intelligent development can reach the normal level of children of the same age.
